The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

My favorite stay in Amman! Quiet area, wonderful staff, but a bit tricky to find. I discovered this place through a travel blog where a family highly recommended it for its location, price, and friendliness, so I decided to book my first two nights in Jordan here. Out of all the places I visited, this was my favorite place to stay in Amman! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet it is incredibly convenient with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Finding the place: It can be a bit difficult to locate at first because there is no sign with the property's name on the door. I ended up finding a restaurant with the same name nearby, and the staff there kindly directed me where to go. Service & Amenities: The reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in was fast, and they even have a water refill station, so make sure to bring your own reusable bottle! The host suggested some great local dining options, including Jordan Heritage Restaurant, where I ended up having a fantastic dinner. The Space: My room was on the second floor (note: there is no elevator/lift). The apartment features a spacious common seating area and a kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom right next to my room. While the room itself is basic, it was clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of natural light. They provide only one towel, and body wash is available in the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic, budget-friendly choice that I highly recommend!

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Service is fantastic. The gentleman at reception was very patient and well-knowledged about Petra and Wadi rum and suggested what I should do. The bed is absolutely soooo comfortable. Location wise- it's not in the busy cafe areas but if you love shopping then this is the hotel for you!

Breakfast is not large and service is acceptable. Domestic Hanting level, clean, but not worth 4 stars

The hotel was clean overall and conveniently located next to a shopping mall. We even got a complimentary fruit platter on the first day, which was a nice touch! However, the room service was quite poor; I asked for an ashtray multiple times, and it never arrived.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.
