The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

I've stayed at the Kame no Ii before, and it felt like an ordinary chain traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. This one seems to be newly renovated on the basis of an old hotel, which exceeded expectations. The private hot spring pool is made of stone, and the Pacific Ocean is outside the fence. However, the shower facilities are right next to the hot spring pool, and they are also open-air. The hot spring pool is very warm in winter, but it's a bit cold when taking a shower. There are some amusement equipment in the lobby, including table games and coin-operated machines, and I dream of Namco 🤣 The dinner is a set meal, a bit exquisite, and there is also Kumano beef. It's pretty good. The breakfast is more standard Japanese style, and there is no particularly delicious memory point. I stayed in Nachikatsuura for one night in Urashima and one night in Kame no Ii, and it was a different experience. Kame no Ii's room is updated, especially this private hot spring is really recommended.

This homestay is seen in other hotels in Xinyi without rooms and tried to book it. It is a fresh Japanese style. The room is not as good as the suite. The interior is divided into a porch and 3 functional rooms. The utensils and equipment are clean and new. The toothbrush and other configurations are no different from the hotel. The nearby hot spring tickets are also provided. A family of three or four can live in a very comfortable place. There is also a screen that can be used for simple partitions. If you take Japanese-style photos, you can make a lot of films. There are 3 buses from Shibahama JR Station, about 8 stops. After getting off the bus, you can walk for 4-5 minutes. The yellow and white brush of the whole building is very eye-catching in the surrounding gray buildings. There is a sign on the roadside. The store will send the route one day before check-in (although not completely correct) But in general, it is not difficult to find it in combination with Google map. But the defects in this place are also obvious. First of all, the self-check-in and check-out are fully self-check-in. The store has a phone and does not speak Chinese. If you have something, you need to transfer through Trip.com. Second, it may be a relationship that has just opened. There are few errors in the information left, which is easy to mislead. For example, there is no parking lot in the information. The actual house is a parking lot in front of the house. Each suite will also provide a parking space. For example, breakfast can be provided, but there is no such option at all, and there is no supermarket and store opened at night in the 20 minutes or so around the apartment. There is a picture of the bathroom in the photo, but there is no indication in the public facilities that the bathroom is shared by 2 apartments. I also learned when I received the check-in precautions of the store the day before check-in. Frankly, if I know in advance, I will definitely not choose here. Two nights we were wondering if there were any guests in the other suite. The bathroom was at the end of the corridor. There was no air conditioning in the corridor. The bathroom door was very thick and the lock was not very good. I was a little worried when I took a shower. There was a small exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was very stuffy. There is a dirty clothes basket in the outside room, and there is no place to change clothes and towels. There is no elevator, and it is very tired to move up and down if the luggage is heavy. There is no washing machine, which is a bit of a reduction in the frequent change and washing on the beach in summer. Soundproofing is average, and the cars on the road can be heard at night. I don’t know what the problem with the Japanese-style air conditioner in Room 301 is. Every minute or so, there is a sound like the sewer pipe blocking the water and turning up. It is on the top of the head, which affects sleep. Through Trip.com and the store feedback, the result let me provide evidence and make me make a good recording. Go to Bailiangbin for about 20 minutes, 1 stop from the seafood market, about 10 minutes, to other attractions to take the bus. In addition to the bus station and other lively traffic points, taxis are rarely seen, which also need to be considered.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Wakayama Station and 2-3 bus stops away from Wakayama. The elevators in the hotel are separated from each other. Parking is free and there are free snacks and coffee and tea drinks (vending machines). The toilet and bathroom are separated and the space is not small.

I originally wanted to book Daogui or Wanqinglou, but they were full during the New Year and the price was very expensive. I chose this Japanese-style hotel and was pleasantly surprised! You must book a hotel with breakfast and dinner included. Each dish is very distinctive, and you can see the careful management of the store. I stayed in a double room with sea view and a Japanese-style room, and I was very satisfied. They were spacious and comfortable. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I could see the sea view, which made me happy physically and mentally! It is close to Moutian Island and not far from the station. There are not many people in the town. Be careful not to walk to the car lane, as the cars drive fast~

Although it is a little old fashion, it is very clean. The hotel staff is also very nice, especially there are two Chinese ladies on duty at night, which makes communication very convenient; although the hot spring is a little old, the experience is also very good and it is very comfortable after soaking. The hotel will rotate the male and female baths every day, so be careful not to go to the wrong place; the breakfast is very good, standard and exquisite Japanese breakfast, seafood rice and grilled salmon are of great quality, and I am very satisfied with the food every day; there are also free sand digging tools, flip-flops, and towels at the entrance of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient to go to the beach; the best thing is that there is a self-service coin-operated washing machine, which only costs 500 yen. The clothes that the baby goes to the sea are washed and dried without having to carry dirty clothes for the next trip, which is very convenient! The disadvantage is that there are no bath towels in the hot spring bathhouse, and you need to bring them from the room yourself. I stayed for 2 days and went back to the room every day to get towels, which is very inconvenient. There are also no large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the room. There are only two simple small bags full of Japanese words, which are not enough. It is not very friendly to guests who take a bath in the room.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

Location: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is an uphill road, which is quite tiring. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off at Shirahama Station, which needs to be booked in advance. Food: Traditional Japanese meals are served in the morning and evening. Those who like raw and cold food will definitely like it. If you don’t like seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and small snacks, milk and ice cream are also provided 24 hours a day. Service: Very polite and courteous, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello when they meet daily. Hygiene: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good. Hot spring: There is no large bath, all are private baths. You can see the sea, but it is far away. If you come to Shirahama again, I will choose it again.

Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class. Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained.
