Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good.
The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.
I posted pictures of the Studio Bungalow in my previous review. Actually they should be pictures of the Glenwood room as I tried 2 different types of room. In this review I post the pictures of Glenwood room then. I love both rooms as they are very comfortable. Very new and clean bed linens. Outdoor hot spring pool is on the other side of the street and downhill. The cool water pool is near the restaurant and is on the hill. Stunning plum flowers in white. Thanks the lady in Reception counter who worked in the morning on Jan 31st. She phoned the immigration number and informed me the information I needed. After checking out we waited for the bus going to our next destination. The security staff saw that we waited for too long so he offered some help. The lady who worked in the restaurant remember us when we had dinner so she greeted us when seeing us waiting for the bus. We are so impressed that they are very happy to communicate and help the guests. It’s a very large resort so minimum 2 nights are recommended, other no way you can enjoy all they have to offer.
A family of four enjoyed the twin room very comfortably. There was no moisture, it was clean, and hot water was very easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that I had to climb a little hill to use the hotel, but overall it was a satisfactory trip.
PS:Man Utd came out to chase the team and was surprised by Seol Geon-neungjwi.
Very good next time I will go, Vietnam is very good hotel is really good, next time I will bring friends to live there, see if there are any good projects arranged.
Because it was raining, we traveled by car and arranged for a local person to help us cook and prepare meals. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. If it was sunny, it would have been wonderful to have breakfast while looking at the beautiful scenery. The massage discount for hotel guests was also great. Although it was small, there was a heated pool, which we enjoyed even in the rain. Above all, the reasonable price is truly recommended!
Location is awesome, very close to sun plaza and food street and only need walking ~10min. Surrounding environment is quite even it is close to the town.
The buffet Breakfast are good.
All the staffs are friendly, nice. And they help us arrange the van to Lao Cai from SA PA with no agency fee, the price is reasonable!
Definitely will recommend to all.

I liked the room, it was big and interestingly decorated. The view from the room window was great, you could see Moana - a golden head, with which you can go and take cool photos :) There are picturesque and beautiful landscapes around, you can walk to the village of Kat-Kat in 20 minutes, and it's a relatively short walk to the city center. I liked the breakfast - a choice of several sets in the cafe on the first floor - it was delicious. We stayed for a couple of nights, and didn't notice that the room was cleaned during the day.
