Romantic Hotels in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

I recently stayed at Hotel Fine Garden and was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially given the incredibly low rates. The rooms are huge and come equipped with an impressive array of amenities that truly elevate the stay. Each room features a giant bed, a spacious couch, and even a massive bathtub, making it feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. While I initially booked without realizing it was a love hotel, I found the atmosphere to be clean, discreet, and welcoming. The added perks of free movies and karaoke made for an entertaining stay. Plus, the location is fantastic—super close to the airport, with free parking available. Overall, Hotel Fine Garden offers exceptional value for the price. If you’re looking for spacious accommodations with a touch of fun, this place is definitely worth considering!

The transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to Ishijufune and Gowari Tsutsumi to enjoy cherry blossoms directly between Osaka and Kyoto. The hotel is located in the corridor mall of Hirakata Station. However, the hotel entrance is not easy to find. The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor. There is a hot spring on the 26th floor. You can take a bath in an open-air hot spring pool. The only drawback is that the shower room in the king-size room is very small. The bathroom door cannot be closed after entering. After contacting the service desk, they also agreed with this situation and suggested that I go to the 26th floor to take a shower every day. Haha, I contacted Ctrip customer service after returning to China and gave a thumbs up to the customer service.

I visited the TikTok-famous onsen hotel, and while it was a bit pricey for a solo traveler, I can understand the hype after staying there. The room was clean and spacious for one person, though it might feel cramped for families. They provided free ice cream and yogurt drinks after the onsen, and soba at night! The breakfast spread was good, though I wasn’t very hungry, so I didn’t get to try everything. They also have unlimited matcha, coffee, and soft drinks available, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and I had the onsen all to myself, followed by a great night’s sleep. For those with tattoos, you can request stickers at the counter to cover them before entering the onsen. Overall, the experience was great.

I had a good experience at this hotel and I would stay there again. You are not in the centre of the action here, but personally I prefer that. The area is very quiet but still lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. I arrived on a Sunday and heard the receptionist telling a couple that a lot of the restaurants are closed over the weekend, as they are mostly catering to office workers. I found this to be the case and struggled to find somewhere to eat when I went looking for dinner on Sunday. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from 2 subway stations, so it’s easy to get around. I also walked to the main shopping area a couple of times, and back from Osaka Castle - all very walkable weather permitting. It’s not a 5 minute stroll (more like 30 mins) but as long as the weather is good it’s a pleasant and interesting walk. My one not quite gripe, but suggestion to the hotel is bigger bins in the room! I understand and have no problems with the eco-policy where rooms are not cleaned unless requested, but I was filling up my bin everyday which made me want it cleaned daily. I saw someone leave their bin outside the room one day, so I also started doing this towards the end of my trip and the cleaner did empty it for me. The hotel provided a lot of amenities - having a station for them seems to be the done thing in Japan, at least in my experience. I particularly enjoyed the bath salts - helped me relax after long days with lots of walking.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights from November 19 to 22, 2024. In order: 1) the hotel is located next to Juso station, from where you can go directly to Kobe and Kyoto, or go with a transfer to Shin-Osaka and go from there in any direction; 2) the hotel is located in an area with a market, eateries, shops and all sorts of other establishments, lanterns and signs all around - in general, it is interesting to walk around, and at the same time there are not so many people, it is quieter; 3) the hotel windows overlook the street with all these signs - beautiful; 4) on the 10th floor there is an observation deck (lounge area) with a view of the city - very cool! There is also a public bath on the 10th floor, but I did not use it, so I don’t know what to say about it; 5) there is a lot of stuff on the first floor, too, but I didn’t use it, so it’s hard to tell; 6) the room is spacious enough and comfortable for one person; there is a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a TV, an ionizer, a safe, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a washbasin right in the room, and not in the toilet, glasses, hygiene products, a bathrobe, towels, a fairly spacious table on which you can eat or work, sockets in different places, there is even a charger, the room is clean and the hotel is clean in general! 7) there is housekeeping, but I did not use it since I did not stay long, but every day they take away the garbage if you put it in the corridor; 8) the staff is friendly, they can also speak English, there were no difficulties in communicating with the employees, well done! 9) entrance to the room by card, exit to the 10th floor too; 10) the interior and exterior are beautiful, modern! 11) there is Wi-Fi; 12) someone wrote that this is a dangerous area, but I did not notice anything; 13) the only inconvenience I can note is that there is no direct train to the city center (Namba, Umeda...) and there are no large shopping centers within walking distance, you need to go with a transfer, but this is a minor nitpick, since it is not far to get to them :) Summary: I definitely recommend it! If I go to Osaka again, then most likely to the same hotel! Yes, there are cheaper hotels, but with all the amenities - Astil is worth the money!

This stay at [hotel name] was really good! The room was spacious and bright, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was comfortable. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The transportation was convenient and the surrounding facilities were complete. I will come again next time!

Room was spacious. It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure.

Very close to the metro station. There is a hot spring, but really no smell or color, just hot water. Kaiseki is varied, but not too much, although we ate our fill! Beautiful garden. Beautiful inside, although the furniture is a bit old.

The design of the hotel is incredibly stylish and well-maintained. Its prime location adds to the appeal, making it a great choice for a stay. I am considering returning for another 2-night stay on May 30. However, I hope to find more competitive pricing on the membership platform, as I noticed that my recent reservation was cheaper through Trip.com compared to the member app.
