Had great stay. 👍 Do note that the building has no lift and be cautious to lower your voice due to thin walls. Some room has no shower facilities. Overall good stay.

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

The hotel is very old, mainly for the hot springs and ski resorts, so the old hotel facilities can be tolerated. If you imagine a luxurious trip with comfortable facilities and beautiful hot springs, then don't choose this hotel. The ski resort can be skied in and out from the hotel, which is absolutely great for skiers. The restaurant is good. There are buffets and à la carte kaiseki cuisine. This hotel has many ********* friends, and there is also a ski training team on the first floor of the hotel. Speak Chinese, only cash is accepted. I didn't see the stars at night. The hotel is almost full, so the service staff are very busy. The phone in the room is basically unreachable. The hotel is high in the mountains, there is no pharmacy nearby, and it is not convenient to travel. So families with children need to carry daily backup medicines. Skiing is good, hot springs are good!

The hotel stipulates that the room will not be cleaned, the garbage will not be removed, the bed sheets will not be changed, etc. if you stay for two consecutive nights. That means they will not check into the room at all! Then I think the second night's rent should be discounted, such as 10% off, which would be more reasonable. In addition, the hotel itself does not have a parking lot, so it is troublesome to check in if you drive, and you have to arrange travel transportation by yourself.

The room for four people is a bit too compact, and it is the most for three people. The hot spring is very good, the service is very good, and the food is worth the price. In short, this is a hotel with a history.

This time I went to Gunma Furuya Hot Spring Hotel and experienced real Japanese service. The room at Gujiu's house is very clean and tidy. The tatami room has a faint scent of grass. The room is very big and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The view is very good. After dinner, the waiter had already made the bed for us. I was really touched! There are outdoor and indoor hot springs. When you soak in the hot springs, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Breakfast and dinner were great too! The Japanese food is served one after another, the Japanese food is very exquisite, and the service attitude of the lady is also very good! Give her a like 👍! Gujiujia Hot Spring Hotel is worth staying at!

This is a hotel with a long history since the Edo period. It is 2 minutes away from the bus station and Yuten. The hotel's meticulous service is meticulous and thoughtful, with a smile on your face, and the special apple juice is very delicious. We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.
