We had such a wonderful experience on this cruise, but what made the trip truly special and memorable was the incredible service from Jason, Thiip, and Happy From the very beginning until the end of our stay, all three of them were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. They always greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire cruise What impressed us most was how genuine their hospitality felt. It never seemed like they were simply doing their job. They were constantly paying attention to the small details, checking if we needed anything, and often helping us before we even had to ask Jason was extremely professional, attentive, and reliable. Whenever we had a question, he was always happy to help and explained everything clearly. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the cruise, and we truly appreciated how carefully he looked after us Thiip was incredibly warm, friendly, and thoughtful. Every time we saw Thiip, we were welcomed with such a positive attitude and genuine kindness. The attention to detail and sincere care made every interaction feel personal rather than simply part of the service And Happy truly lived up to the name. Happy always had such a bright smile and wonderful positive energy. Every interaction was cheerful and welcoming, and that positive attitude made the overall atmosphere of the cruise even more enjoyable The facilities, scenery, and activities were all excellent, but we believe that the people you meet are often what you remember most about a trip. For us, Jason, Thiip, and Happy were definitely one of the most memorable parts of this experience They went beyond simply providing good service. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. Even with small requests, they were always attentive, patient, and willing to help We sincerely hope the management recognizes the excellent work of Jason, Thiip, and Happy. Team members like them make a huge difference to the guest experience and are a real asset to the cruise Because of their kindness and hospitality, we left with an even better impression of the entire cruise experience. An amazing hotel! In my opinion, it's the best I've ever stayed in, and I've been to over 100 countries. Everything here is magnificent: from the design and materials to the overall concept, staff, and location. It truly reflects Vietnam's historical heritage and allows you to delve deeper into this incredible country. The room has a wonderful view and thoughtful details. The sink is carved from a single piece of marble, and the shower is superb. And the bed - I never wanted to leave it. I really want to come back here!

This stay felt more like 4 star than 5 star. The service was excellent from the reception, with staff making a special effort to check we were happy with everything. Jenny in particular made an effort to visit guests during breakfast to check on everything. There was a strange group of guests staying there, when we arrived the place was crazy and noisy with children running everywhere. We are family and we would not allow this to happen in such a small space. Also we came across some quite rough looking guests... On a few different occasions... a bit daunting, and made us cautious about our stay there. I don't know why this was...very strange. The breakfast had a good selection, however I dont think the building itself us designed to allow for so many guests. It was so busy and hard to move around the buffet or get your food. The restaurant food was nice, the service was slow. We waited about 1 hour for our food whilst other guests who arrived after us were served before us. I guess Asian food is faster to cook but this wait does not make you feel valued. The rooftop pool is nice, but again very crowded. More of a drink and party atmosphere rather than quiet and relaxing. The area itself doesn't have much to explore. A few restaurants, but it's quite empty. However the location is very convenient for HaLong bay excursions. Overall the stay was okay, but I think next time we would stay in Hanoi and just do a day trip from there.

Because my flight itinerary was booked in advance, I later found out that most cruise hotels require you to arrive at the port by 12 PM. Unfortunately, my flight arrived in Hanoi in the afternoon. So, based on the hotel's suggestion, I opted for a tiring journey: after getting off the plane and clearing customs, I rented a car directly to the pier, then took a speedboat to find the parked cruise hotel. It turns out that if you only have one night, a Ha Long Bay cruise hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It's a new establishment, so the facilities are all new, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

My stay on the Erina Cruise in Vietnam was honestly the highlight of my entire trip. Even though it was just one night, it turned out to be my absolute favourite experience in my life till date. ✨ From the moment I stepped on board, everything felt incredibly cozy yet luxurious. The rooms were beautifully designed, with such a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and having a bathtub just made it even more special, it was the perfect way to relax while enjoying the stunning surroundings. 🌊 The service, the ambiance, and the overall experience were simply outstanding. I genuinely wished I had booked a longer stay! 🤍 I will definitely be coming back, and next time it will be for two nights to fully enjoy everything the cruise has to offer. Highly recommended, it’s truly the best! 💯

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

The hotel is magnificent and pristine. Staff are wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot praise them enough for the work they do. We booked an Executive Suite and it was exactly described, very spacious and well appointed. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Excursions and airport transfer easily organised by the staff in minutes. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a large Indian wedding which occupied a lot of the hotel. The Bayview buffet restaurant was off limits to non wedding guests meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were served in the other 2 restaurants and while they were both beautiful places to eat, I felt we were locked out of the ”heart” of the hotel. Certain parts of the hotel grounds were also being used for wedding events and their DJ and music was loud when trying to relax by the pool. However, nothing prepared us for the all-night party that took place last night. Seeing as it was our last evening and we had a 24 hour travel day today, we decided to have an early night. We were initially woken by very loud music well after midnight and it continued ALL night long....the volume reduced slightly just before 6am!!!!!! The hotel is horse-shoe shaped and this event was held outside near the pool so the sound was amplified by the building itself. Certainly not what we signed up for. We feel the hotel should have informed us earlier about the event and at least we could have made an informed decision on whether we wished to stay there or not. I feel we were deceived and didn't really receive the full benefits of this amazing resort.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel other than it is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in our life!!! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it is just such high quality we couldnt believe it! Probably the first time I have wrote a review while still staying at the hotel I am that impressed! Before we even stayed AnAn was so kind she let us move our booking as we had visa issues which from the start surprised me. Every single staff member is just above and beyond in kindness. I don't know how the manager has managed to put together such a great team. The play room is perfect for our child. The pool upstairs is from another planet. It's amazing. We would never expect something like this at the price point we payed. But then I guess it's that price for a reason as there is construction outside but that's not the hotels fault so you can't bash them for that and especially at the price point they are charging. They are doing there best with the hand they have been dealt. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in ha long. Just bring ear plugs so you can get a great sleep like I did. It's definitely worth the tradeoff!!! Oh another random note, the lifts are probably the best designed lifts we've seen too! No waiting, insanely fast! Kudos tho whoever did that, also the bathroom is stunning and also bigger than all but one of our rooms at home. A huge thank you to Mui too she is the loveliest lady and done an amazing job on our room every day!

The hotel is very good in every detail from the front desk to the room and bathroom. The decoration is very beautiful and clean. The breakfast is simple but enough. The price is cheap, 144. There are quite a lot of guests staying in the hotel, including Europeans and Koreans. The hotel is quite popular. Support support.

We accidentally stumbled upon this city called Can Pha. Along the shore of Halong Bay. The area is called the Green Dragon and everything around the hotel looks like a ghost town during the day, but with movement in the evening and at night, the beach fills with fishermen and families, athletes running and exercising, and lots of karaoke lovers. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and square, not bad at all. The service at the reception is very pleasant and personal. The dining room is not big enough to cater for all the local hotel guests. The children shout and cry loudly, and the parents and grandparents are no less. The breakfast is not bad, but not the best. There are no croissants and a lot of sweets. The dairy products are also very limited. The elevators work quite well, it's just a shame that they are not clean of all handprints. The pool is not big, it is on the sixth floor, the roof, in fact. The locals are noisy and generally unpleasant to be in the pool. The pool guard asked me to stop eating sunflower seeds, but the locals ate their food and entered the pool with their clothes and food, and not just their hair, of course, scattered. The guard didn't say anything. The bath towels are full of holes, but they are clean. So I don't recommend the hotel to European or American tourists. It is more suitable for the noisy Vietnamese. I will never return to the hotel. Also because the beach is very dirty and the water is murky, full of sewage and nylons.
