We started the trip in the bar with quick orders of drinks but found it quite strange that there wasn’t a drinks menu but other than that we sat in a comfy lounge area and then checked in quickly our room was really spacious for the price then we went down to enjoy the pool amenities which with a heated pool quite large and a steam room with eucalyptus oil we assume by the end of our night were so relaxed which was our entire expectation for the trip and the hotel exceeded it

We had a fantastic overnight stay at the Airlie Arms Hotel. On arrival, the staff were very welcoming. We had booked a table for lunch. My husband is coeliac, and I have a dairy allergy. Quite often, I am treated as a vegan but not here. They have specific dishes, which are DF (DairyFree) I had a scrumptious pizza. The bases are made in-house! There are plenty of gluten-free options for my husband, too. The staff have been so well trained. They repeat your order back to you. I wish more establishments would use this method. We had a beautiful room. It was immaculate! Every need catered for. There's a wee filling station in the corridor with extra tea, coffee, milk, etc. It's not something you encounter very often. The cooked to order breakfast the next morning was one of the best I have ever had. Well done to the Ewart team. You run a superb hotel.

We booked a Christmas lunch for 60 people on the 8th of December. Just before service one of our party became unwell. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful, assisting with the person who was unwell and liaising with the ambulance service. Due to a wait for an ambulance they were not able to serve our meal until over an hour after the original time. We all, naturally, expected that there would be some compromise due to the long delay but everybody's meal came out freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. I do not know how they managed it but full credit to the kitchen and waiting staff. Thank you.
