I would like to first- and foremost mention our personal concierge: Lai Lai, for her excellent customer service from the start till the end!
Our stay at Wanxian was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccable, clean and well-organized.
The room came with supplies, soaps, amazing- re useable water bottles, and floor heating!
The room had everything you could need and want. They even supplied daily fresh fruits as well. When we required about a type of fruit she even took the time to bring some extra to our room.
Next to the room being amazing, the buffet must have been the highlight of our trip. They have everything you could want or need. Their buffet is amazing, all dishes are made perfectly and the flavours are perfectly balanced. There are plenty of little stations too where you can get noodles, soup, waffles etc. The buffet made us feel like royalties, would absolutely recommend having this option included in your stay!
The park itself is an interactive experience that requires good stamina. You'll be walking at least 5 to 10km a day, and every time you think you've seen it all, you come across another new little area.
There are ample of food possibilities available in the park itself which are very affordable, even for Chinese standards.
Even though it is an attraction park, this must have been one of our highlights on our China trip. Must mention though, the park is a lot nicer when you also speak Mandarin, or are with someone that speaks Mandarin. It isn't too equipped for English speaking tourism yet.
Secondly, when you have the change - definitely use their 10yuan fake money and pay a visit to the gambling den down town. Playing the 'NPC's” and gambling with other park guests was absolutely amazing and hilarious, we had a blast.
We thank the hotel for an amazing stay and the park itself for giving us such a good time!

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well maintained. The room was clean and the carpet dry, which is rare to find. The view outside directly overlooks the river and Qiushui Square, which was delightful. Breakfast was also rich and featured local flavors. The only downside was that when I parked my car in front of the hotel, it was blocked by another vehicle for nearly half an hour. Although staff contacted the owner to move it, no apology was given. They really should strengthen management of the parking situation at the entrance. However, if I come to Nanchang again, I would still choose to stay at Shangri-La, as it was a very comfortable stay.
I was afraid of crowds wherever I went during the May Day holiday, so I didn't want to go too far. I decided to stay in Fuzhou, the hometown of talents that Sa Ye had visited, for a few days. I chose the best local hotel, Poly Huazhang Hilton DoubleTree, because of the constant praise, so I decided to experience it myself. The hotel is very atmospheric, with a good sense of design, and the surrounding area is full of gardens, as if I were in a big garden. The room is very new and spacious, and the hardware facilities are very well separated from wet and dry. The bedding is also very comfortable. In short, the feeling of staying is so good that the children are reluctant to leave. I originally stayed for one day, but ended up staying for three consecutive nights. The hotel also gave away homemade cookies, which the children said were super delicious. Everything went smoothly and happily during the stay. I especially thank the beautiful Xiao He at the front desk for her patience and meticulousness, which made me feel doubly warm about the hotel. I will go again next time, and I recommend everyone to experience it when they have time. I will praise Fuzhou again. There are many good places in a small city. This is the reason why we didn't feel bored after staying for three or four consecutive days. It is worthy of being the hometown of talents, with beautiful scenery and delicious food.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel's location is incredible, right next to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace. It's also super close to Hama Street and Dashi Alley for all the local snacks. The room was clean and hygienic, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This Jingdezhen guesthouse cured my inner turmoil 🍃
Who among us stressed-out workers can relate? This Jingdezhen guesthouse has become my annual mental sanctuary!
The moment I stepped into the courtyard, life instantly slowed to 0.5x speed. The standalone courtyard feels incredibly spacious, surrounded by greenery and birds. Koi fish swim in the pond, creating a vibrant atmosphere that feels both secluded and healing.
The owner is clearly a stickler for details – from the tea table made from old door panels to the fruit served in rustic pottery bowls. Even the lighting and angles are meticulously designed, so every photo you take looks like a professional shot.
The services offered are incredibly rich. There's a free pottery experience daily, making your own cup is super meaningful. You can enjoy tea on the terrace with a view, or in the dedicated tea room, soaking in pure relaxation. Breakfast is exquisite and delicious. The butler thoughtfully guided us to a local wood-fired kiln, and there's even a free costume experience. The lunch recommendations were close by and delicious! The air conditioning is always on in every space of the guesthouse, making it incredibly comfortable.
It's perfect for artsy types who want to escape the city and are tired of influencer-style guesthouses, or parents looking for unique activities with their kids. No need for check-ins or photo editing; just sitting here watching the clouds is enough to fully recharge before heading home 💪

Staying at this guesthouse, I was completely blown away by their 'beyond expectations' service! From the moment we arrived, with staff proactively helping with our luggage and giving detailed explanations of the local area, to their incredibly prompt response to any request during our stay, every single detail truly showed how much they cared.
When I needed a charging cable last minute, the front desk not only promptly delivered one, but also thoughtfully included a portable version for me to take out. Later that evening, I casually mentioned wanting a hot drink, and within minutes, they delivered two cups of freshly brewed herbal tea, perfectly warm. This kind of service, which feels so effortless yet is incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every detail, made me feel more at home than any luxurious decor ever could.
I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who values a truly exceptional experience. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
I stayed here for 3 weeks, and everything was perfect from main door to my room. Highly well trained and very kind staff make my visit more comfortable and I felt like my home. Especially, Their beautiful smile and kindness attitudes make this hotel fantastic place to stay. And thanks reception staff for serving fruit and helping me when I am in trouble.

The scorching summer sun in Huangling highlights the advantages of staying within the scenic area. Rising at 6:30 AM each morning, you have plenty of time to explore Tianjie, Water Street, and the various core attractions before the tourists arrive. During the peak tourist season, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you can return to the B&B to escape the sun and crowds. After 5:00 PM, you can enjoy a dip in the infinity pool, and after 8:00 PM, you can find food and enjoy the night view. The daily pace is just right, and the exertion is minimal.
The B&B's service is also attentive, from the shuttle service to the daily sweet soup, which was very satisfying. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved Lushan Yunlian Hotel and ended up extending my stay by another night, mainly due to its incredibly convenient location. After taking the Lushan cable car up, you just look up and the hotel is right there, literally a few steps away. Directly opposite is the tourist shuttle bus station, making it easy to reach any attraction.
The service at Yunlian Hotel is top-notch. Guests are greeted with warm smiles, and they thoughtfully provide maps and enthusiastically explain the main routes around Lushan, patiently answering all questions. A young lady, Xiaohu, was exceptionally attentive to us two elderly guests; she upgraded our room and even personally escorted us upstairs.
Our room was grand and incredibly spacious with ample floor space and bright lighting. The bedding was impeccably clean and tidy, and all the facilities were comprehensive. We were also provided with disposable bath towels, regular towels, and toilet seat covers, which we were very happy to use.
The hotel breakfast was extensive, offering a good mix of both Chinese and Western options, with different dishes served each day. Dinner is also available at the hotel, and it offers great value for money. There are also many restaurants just outside the hotel. All in all, for a trip to Lushan, choosing Yunlian Hotel is definitely the best option.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good in all aspects. The breakfast is very rich. When I got off at the East Station, Xiao Chen from the front desk helped me make an appointment for the pick-up service. It was already late when I arrived at the hotel. The staff was still very patient to check me in and introduced the hotel facilities to me.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located inside the scenic area, very close to the performance venue. After getting off the high-speed train, it was a 10-minute, 20-yuan taxi ride to the visitor center. We checked into the hotel at the visitor center, and then there was a shuttle service to and from the hotel. The hotel itself has an elegant environment, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Our room had a balcony, and when you open the balcony door, you can even see boats passing by, which was quite nice. They also provided complimentary fruit and free tickets to the Kids' Fun House for the children, which closes at 6:00 PM. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The front desk staff was excellent, very enthusiastic and polite. My room was on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, as there's no elevator, but the front desk attendant was happy to help with our luggage, and someone also helped with our luggage when we checked out. The service was really good.

The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage.
We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort.
The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up.
On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's.
A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about.
By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open.
It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.
MM2djkuiii****The hotel's location is excellent, close to several attractions, making getting around very convenient. The overall environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast is especially delicious, with many authentic Nanchang local specialties like mixed lotus root slices, Nanchang mixed rice noodles, and rice noodles with side dishes. The overall value for money is high, and the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

MM353725****The hotel can park for free in the Wanshou Palace parking lot, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The price can be compared between members and the platform, which is cheaper to use, and the twin bed with a large courtyard is upgraded; the next day, the price comparison will be followed by the upgrade of the room for one night. Compared with the previous hotel, the room was not upgraded, and the flower room was really user-friendly. There is also a free mini in the room. The child likes to bloom in the flower, and the front desk gave a few more bottles. I will come back next time and I am very satisfied.

SStanley The Travel ManThe location is very good . It is closed to restaurants and not too far from the river. It is about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to go to the train station.
The house keeping is excellent. One morning I requested cleaning earlier and the lady came within 20 minutes to clean my room.
The furnishing is more than adequate although if there is a small fridge , it would have been wonderful as the days were hot and I wanted to drink something cold but it was fine.
The room has a lot of cigarettes burn marks because the clients simply ignored the no smoking sign but is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel could have fine the clients but it closed not to so the floor will probably continue to be damaged or stained by the inconsiderate clients. Some hotel has strict policy about smoking and a warning sign that they will be fined or be charged a cleaning fee. This hotel apparently has no such thing to the detriment of the hotel itself for not having this policy. The floor stains didn’t bother me so much , more than it was ugly. The cleaning lady said it is common to find cigarette butts on the floor .
I paid a little bit more for a room further away from the elevator as the cheapest room is practically next to it.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic place, right in the scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. At night, you can enjoy the night view, and during the day, you can stroll through the ancient landscape, with small bridges and flowing water right before your eyes. The atmosphere is truly captivating! It's also incredibly close to surrounding attractions: Wunu Island is about 10 minutes away, Moon Bay is just five or six minutes, Jiangwan is about 15 minutes, and Huangling is just around 20 minutes, making it quick and easy to get to wherever you need to go. The overall environment is exceptional, the facilities are all new, and the stay is incredibly comfortable. Rapeseed flowers bloom outside the window. You can tell the owner is a dedicated owner; the rooms are immaculately clean and the decor is warm and elegant. The food is absolutely amazing! It uses local ingredients, cooked to perfection, and every bite is satisfying. The owner is friendly and attentive, providing a thoughtful shuttle service. From check-in to check-out, it makes you feel right at home.
This B&B made my trip even more perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyuan!
