A nice hotel, a solid three. Snow-white, nice bed linen and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows, disposable slippers, no robes and not provided on request (not provided). The room is small, but ok for a couple of days. New plumbing, working shower, excellent pressure, clean bathroom. We stayed for 3 days. They made our bed, changed towels, but did not wash the floors. This is a minus, dust accumulates quickly. It is also noisy if you open the window. With the windows closed it is ok. Very good breakfasts. Good choice of dishes, everything is very tasty, fresh, varied. If you do not smoke, book a non-smoking room in advance. It is hard to breathe in a smoking room, it is very smoky. Fortunately, there was a free non-smoking room for us.

I travel for work and have to stay in various hotels. I haven't heard any comments about a hotel so far because I had no time. I haven't seen an hotel of the same quality as this hotel in my life. It was also four stars and I was surprised to learn. I had a very smoke smell in my room and was so smelled into the room. I was very disturbed when I went to sleep I opened the window in the night, but in Portmanto there would normally be back-up covers, etc., it was not. No one informed them for breakfast. The bed was packed inside them, and the dust was not hygienic. It wasn't supposed to be.

I have stayed only 1 night. I wish I had more time to spend time in this hotel. It is in the heart of the city, walking distance by Merkez park and Ataturk Park. Very modern city with nice, warm, and helpful people. My room was very clean and comfortable. Also I like the quality of products that they use in the room such as kettle, cup for coffee, body cream, and shampoo. Body cream, soap, shampoo are great and have gorgeous smell .

The hotel, which I looked at on the internet and liked, turned out to be even better than we expected. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is the most important criterion for me. We washed the bathroom without getting wet. It is close to 8 m2. The cleanliness of the bathroom and general cleanliness are up to standard. Towels and sheets are at standard. ***Clean furniture, new. Breakfast ***Meat and hearty. and most importantly ***et is a quiet hotel, the location is very nice, very close to everywhere, whatever you want to do is on the walking path. I would visit the apartment again and again. The apartment is clean and very beautifully furnished. Also over the location can only be warmed. On recommendation my husband and I booked a table at the hotel’s restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Despite it looking like a nice restaurant, the food on offer was just the same as that on offer in any ocakbaşı in Adana. The room was disapointingly empty but for us and another couple (and a big black fly that wouldn’t leave our table). A bottle of sweet dessert white wine was produced and shown to my husband (who doesn’t really drink wine) and served served in huge glasses. While we were still obviously eating our mezes, they were cleared away for our main course …mine chicken breast. With the first bite I started to burn up as it was overly spicy. The waiter removed it and a loud argument started in the kitchen with the chef saying that the guest should ask for the meal to not be spicy. After 20 minutes, the replacement chicken came back but unbelievably salty. We paid 735tl and left. PS..We sat by the window to the terrace where, apparently, the staff go to have a cigarette. PPS…this place obviously thinks that the actual room, decor and having a waiter pull out the lady’s chair is all that is required to charge a fortune for the experience. PPPS…during our time there, I used the restroom….it was difficult to find as it was in a dark hallway. I had to enter a room to turn on the light after guessing it could be the ladies’ which it thankfully was.
