A wonderful stay, a complete hotel with everything you need. Everything was available in the room. On the first day, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi, but other than that, everything was good.

This hotel is worth 5 points. The price of about 2000 is a bit high, but it is worth it. The room is small but very clean. You can see Neuschwanstein Castle from the side of the room window. The main entrance of the hotel is just opposite the High Swan Castle. The breakfast is very sincere. There is a swimming pool and spa.

The hotel is very clean and confartable the location is in a residential area but far from city center not very well connected by public transportation. The room is well equipped with amenities coffee machine and kettle .fridge. the shower is awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

Staff are very kind and helpful.. the room was very clean and tidy, amazing view from the very calm balcony. The breakfast was full of delicious choices and very clean. Would definitely recommend a long stay here too. I guess this should be one of the best in town.

The reception is very nice, very good service. I want to thank Hamid, because he helped us to change the room. We have a baby with us, he helped a lot. The hotel has one side closed to the train trail, so if you are sensitive to the sound, should choose another side.

I stayed in a single room at this hotel for my flight the next day. The room was very claustrophobic, and there was an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out for a very long time—an irritating, dusty odor. The towels were carelessly placed and didn’t smell clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable here at all. The only good thing for me was that the airport was just a 10-minute bus ride away.

You immediately feel at home and well looked after. The quiet, peripheral location was also ideal for me, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still very accessible. This hotel impressively combines comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, whether for business or pleasure. The hotel is very close to the bus station and the train station. The room is clean and tidy and worth recommending. Like many hotels in Europe, you need to bring your own slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
