Hotels With Spa in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

The decoration of the hotel is older, the corridor has a taste, not very comfortable. The bathroom in the room is very small, the activity is not convenient, and the corners are not clean. The surrounding environment is good and there is a KFC.

The hotel lobby is very modern, the room is spacious, the comfort is high, the dry and wet separation, the breakfast is rich, no matter the restaurant or room service are very kind, the overall feeling is very comfortable. I drove there and arrived in the evening. The hotel parking lot was full and the parking spaces were tight. I suggested parking in the underground parking lot of the museum next door. The maximum parking space is 35 euros. The room has a large mirror. The height of the wardrobe is suitable for the average height of the giant country. It is not very friendly to a 161 hobbit like me. Other environments and services are fine. The key is that it is close to the museum and you can walk there in a few minutes the next morning.

Nice location, a bit in the middle of the city and the beach. Pier is very close. City center can be reached by tram easily. Good for business travel.

It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes). The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room. The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

I spent a lot of time choosing our hotels, because unlike many tourists, we like spending time in our room. This was the perfect place for that. From the moment we arrived, you could tell that attention had been given to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable, and we especially liked having a sofa bed, a fridge with an ice cube holder, and a spacious shower. We will definitely return!

Nice hotel. Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free. The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok.
