The room is clean, the lingerie is fresh , well smelled, there is all the tiny dressing, shoes, smooth board, utensil, shampoo, soap, air conditioner, hairdress and tooth brush , water bottle 0.5, tea cafe tea , next dining room and of course all the pleasures on the embankment , all next to you.
A terrible hotel, I'll explain why. Firstly, why five stars? A shabby room, old furniture, and amenities provided per person, even though a family was staying there. Breakfast is always included at a 5 star hotel, but here you've gone for a trick. Don't want to get it a little cheaper? Breakfast itself is 3,000 rubles per person, which is crazy. You could have dinner in a decent restaurant for that amount. The only thing is the location, but then again, you'll have to walk about 15 minutes to the embankment. There are no coffee shops nearby, mind you.
It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours.
Decent hotel for its price. Rooms are clean , comfortable. There is a balcony and a bathroom. There are shops, cafes in step-by-step availability. Also, there is a microwave oven and a smooth board on the floor. You can walk to the city center , along the way there are lots of cafes and shops. Recommended . ☺️
Hygienic: very clean hotel
The location is also good, not far from various attractions
Be sure to order breakfast, breakfast is in the restaurant next door, there is a special menu, a staple food, a pancake, a drink, a dessert, a set of lunch do not have to eat ~
The room is not small, facing the bay, the view is good. But the breakfast is too simple and there is no choice but to be quantitative. Obviously, you can go directly from the hotel to the place where you eat breakfast, and it is unreasonable to let the guests circle from the outside.
