The infinity pool offers a great view. The hotel also has a sky bar with a nice night view. The hairdryer in the room requires flipping up the table to access it. The breakfast is quite extensive; try the bowl-shaped one.

The room looked clean and big, but it smelled very bad, and the air conditioner was very powerful! The buffet at our own expense was really great, and the price was not expensive. The food was better than in China!

This was the cheapest hotel I booked in Sri Lanka, yet it offered the best value for money. The lobby boasts high ceilings and is very spacious, with ample comfortable sofas. The restaurant environment is quite pleasant, and there's also a shopping area. Both the spa and gym are excellent; I was particularly impressed with how well-equipped the gym is. The swimming pool is impressively long and very clean. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was good. Despite being an older hotel, it was very well-maintained, hygiene-wise. While some furniture showed its age, it actually added a charming, vintage character to the place. **Ambiance:** The ambiance is lovely. The hotel's decor and materials feel substantial, featuring a lot of solid wood. The restaurant, pool, and rooms are arranged to create a three-sided scenic view, with beautifully designed, staggered architecture complemented by attractive lighting. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful and welcoming. Check-in was swift. A friendly staff member escorted us to our room, explaining things along the way and even demonstrating the functions of various areas inside the room. Our luggage was delivered shortly after. All staff members greeted us warmly whenever we encountered them.

Perched high above Kandy, the hotel offers fantastic views overlooking Kandy Lake. The facilities are standard for a Radisson, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was superb! In the evening, sitting on the small balcony, gazing at Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Tooth Relic, was incredibly relaxing.

Nice hotel with a great view over the river. Some of the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated and could do with some DIY. The room lighting could be improved and the odour inside the washroom should be better managed. Beds were comfy, rooms were very spacious and the facilities in the hotel were good. Food was tasty and had a wide variety.

It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. However, walls are thin and you can heard a lot of noise. It is not easy to get there because it is located almost in the top of the mountain. Another good thing is that the restaurant closes at 10pm and food is good and cheap. We didn’t find the swimming pool since we stayed just one night. It was a nice stay by the way and breakfast was good. PD: We booked double room that it is supposed to have a king/queen bed but it was two individual beds put together.

Пришли утром и приготовили шикарный завтрак, пока мы спали. Появилось ощущение, что мы в гостях у Шри-Лпнкийских друзей :) В доме есть все необходимое, хотели бы остаться тут на срок подольше!

The room is large and spacious, but ours felt like it hadn't been used for a while: the TV wouldn't turn on, there was a rather annoying noise from the electrical panel that had to be fixed a couple of times, and still the problem wasn't resolved. The room was cold, and even turning on the heater, it didn't warm up. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, too.

The old five-star hotel is located on the Mahaweli River, the mother river of Sri Lanka. It is a must-have hotel for Kandy people to get married. The British service standard is very good. Compared with other Sri Lankan hotels, the check-in and check-out are very fast. The software service makes up for the old facilities deficiencies, it is recommended

Garden-style hotel, with beautiful scenery and large rooms. There is also a welcome ceremony when arriving at the hotel. There are not many people staying at the hotel. The most funny thing is that from the lobby to the room, the bottle car cannot pass the path smoothly. At that time, the design was not thoughtful.
