"This hotel is best of the best for our 20 days trip to various cities in Guizhou.  The room was huge and it was superbly comfortable. Love this hotel that imposed strict non-smoking in the room. Warm toilet bowl and automatic flush after use was an added advantage. Bottled drinking water was given generously, 4 in the mini fridge and 2 on the table. Breakfast was superb with varieties. Superb service by all the staffs especially Miss Su in the front office who has provided us the extra-mile service.  Much thanks to her and the rest who were very helpful and courteous."

"This time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! Come again next time~ Facilities: The toiletries, speakers, and tea sets in the room are all of high quality, and you can see the owner's care. Service: The housekeeper is warm and considerate. I was lucky enough to meet the boss in the store. He is a sentimental and chatty brother. It was a very happy experience staying in the hotel! Great! Free pick-up: Very convenient, especially for traveling with the elderly and children, free pick-up for business class 7 seats, worry-free and comfortable to sit Environment: Needless to say, the environment is very good. You can immerse yourself in nature. After playing Huangguoshu, you can also find a quiet place to listen to the birds singing and the sound of water, and escape from the world."

"Who knows, family members! The [hotel name] I stayed at this time has me in such a good way that I have to tell everyone about it. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were so enthusiastic that they seemed to meet long-lost relatives. They checked me in at the speed of light and recommended a bunch of super local snacks to me, which cured my choice difficulty. When I walked into the room, I fell on the bed. The bed was soft, like cotton candy. I almost thought I was a giant express packaged and delivered, and was gently signed for. The smart devices are also great. You can turn on and off the lights and draw the curtains with a shout. I thought at the time that this hotel might be able to read minds. The next day, I went to have breakfast. Wow, the scene was like the Olympics of food. Chinese, Western, sweet, and salty, all kinds of players appeared one after another, and I started the ”Clean Plate Campaign” directly. The one-stop service of fitness and sauna is so refreshing. The location is even more amazing. There are shopping malls and attractions outside the door. You can go wherever you want to go. "Can't like it more! Oh my God! Why is it not hot yet! People are good and beautiful fairy tale world + zoo! So the staff are super patient, super considerate and super enthusiastic, take the initiative to feed the carrots to the animals, take the initiative to introduce the animals with names, what is better to touch, take the initiative to drive us to the place to eat and the upstream of the stone village. "Really lovely hotel within the scenic area very close to Huangguoshu. Be sure to discuss your arrival with the hotel before you come - you need to buy a ticket to the scenic area before entering (you need this ticket to visit the sights in the area anyway). The hotel has very friendly helpful staff. The restaurant is great!!! Our room was big and clean with a great view. Very happy here! I wish we had stayed longer."

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are also carefully selected and of great quality."

"Excellent hotel! This is one of our favorite places to stay whenever we visit Huangguoshu. The rooms are spotless and beautifully designed, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. If you’re visiting the waterfall, you’ll need to book a Didi (it’s walkable, but takes a while). The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, which really makes the stay even more enjoyable. For those driving, the hotel also offers convenient basement parking. Overall, an outstanding stay—we definitely recommend this hotel and will happily return on our next trip!"

"This B&B is truly amazing! The overall style is incredibly stylish and artistic, and the gentle and elegant atmosphere captivates you the moment you enter. The amenities are impeccable—the high-end bathrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the smart toilet, combined with the smart technology throughout the home, makes for a convenient and sophisticated stay. They even provide everything, like disposable towels and a Dyson hair dryer, so you don't have to worry about anything. It's truly rare to find such amenities near a scenic area, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the renovations. The location is also fantastic, just about 1 kilometer from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to the beautiful owner, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even drove us there and back. The food she recommended was absolutely delicious! Not only that, she also enthusiastically recommended hotels in Anshun—how thoughtful! Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended!"

"I originally wanted to avoid the crowds and live in a scenic area. But in the end, I booked the Yingbin Hotel first because I liked its family room. If I were to give full marks it would definitely be for their service. Very accurate. From picking us up at the station to sending us to the room, they explained the lighting control. The front desk and back office staff were very professional. My son wanted to use the bathtub but forgot to bring a disposable bath bag, so he called the front desk and found out they had one. The bed sheets got wet from drinking water at night and the staff changed them quickly. Therefore, the service exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from Huangguoshu Waterfall. We came on the ninth day of the first ***** month and there were not many people, so there was no need to stay in the scenic area. I will choose the Yingbin Hotel next time."
