SSeetoh Chee WaiWe have a great stay at this hotel. Its very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really great too! It is also near to tourist attractions and good food places.

GGuest UserThe room we received was nothing like the room advertised on your website. We made our booking through *********** based on the photographs, which portrayed a modern, clean, stylish, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
Instead of the fresh, contemporary room shown in the photos, we were given a room that felt old, tired, and poorly maintained. The flooring was covered with worn, old carpets and rugs rather than the clean, modern finishes we expected. The furnishings were dated, the overall appearance was shabby, and the room looked as though it had not been renovated in many years. It felt unclean and lacked the standard of comfort and quality that your promotional images suggested.
To make matters worse, the fan in Room 412 was not working, making the room uncomfortable. Throughout the night, every time someone walked along the corridor, the old wooden floorboards creaked loudly, disturbing our sleep. These maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
To be completely honest, the condition of the room reminded us more of emergency housing than accommodation offered by a hotel with your name and reputation. The difference between what was advertised and what we actually received was shocking.
We specifically chose your hotel because of the high-quality images displayed on ***********. Those images created an expectation of a premium experience, but the room we received fell far short of that expectation. Had the room been accurately represented, we would have made a different booking decision.

AAnonymous UserA hotel I absolutely adore, perfect for a vacation. The three-bedroom apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms, with one en-suite bedroom. The living room has large balconies on both sides; one faces Lake Taupo directly, while the other overlooks the hotel's thermal pool. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast includes a buffet spread and a la carte main courses. The buffet selection itself is already very rich.

GGuest UserIt's a small cabin, and the room itself is tiny; I struggled to even open my 29-inch suitcase. It felt more like a student dorm. The bathroom and shower are separate, requiring a walk outside to get to the shared kitchen, bathroom, and shower facilities. This could be quite inconvenient if it's raining or cold. You can park right outside your door, but you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The staff kindly provided free plates and pots for cooking in the kitchen, but you do need to ask for them. The bathroom and shower facilities also require a password to enter.

GGuest UserThe shower was warm then wet to cold within a few minutes on 2 nd day of the4 days we stayed. The first time I informed the receptionist & she said we could have a complimentary breakfast that was nice & would have the maintenance person look at it.
The second day the same issue occurred & my husband was unable to have a shower as the water had gone cold again! I informed the receptionist but I got the feeling she thought I was wanting something ‘free’ which was not the case. The shower had been fixed the day prior to leaving after our 4 night stay. No one had rung or followed up to see if the shower was operating properly.
We have stayed in the Millennium previously and have never incurred this issue or at any other premises we’ve stayed in over the years. We are very disappointed on the way this was handled !

GGuest UserLove the location just awesome! Right on the lake and you can walk out your door directly onto it and Sit outside on a table and admire the view!
Restaurant was nice just a shame the fireplace is gas nothing like a real wood fire when it's Winter!
Parking was fine and easy, so good they have a heated pool as it would be useless in Winter, they also have the Sauna which is great it just such a shame the grotto is out of order and was told it has been that way for a while. Something like that should be sorted at a last resort just rebuild it if it cannot be fixed customers expect it
Bathroom was good with a nice big spa bath and this is by far the best bed we have ever slept in. It is huge! You could fix 6 people in it if haha!

TTaimaI did like this place very much. The hotel is made up of small chalets. The room studio was amazing, clean and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was charming and super helpful giving information about what to do for the rest of my day. I got there early and she got me in my room right away. I was able to go and do the Driving Creek Railway ride. It was an amazing experience. Coromandel is a very small village so not much to see other than a few stores. But the landscape is beautiful and there is a 50 minutes hike up the hill and a magnificent view of the Coromandel Bay right next to the hotel. A must see!

DDominique FishI stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay.
That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone.
Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

JJiensuper affordable. my room was really clean and the facilities like showers and kitchen was clean too. it was off season so not much crowd, plenty of space in the fridge for my food. Room had everything i needed, including a fan. Laundry services were slightly pricey at $6/wash and $6/dry, bring your own detergent, or buy some during store hours at the little shop near checkin. no vending machine for it! really rocky beach right behind the property, had loads of fun just hanging around.
