Aston Inn is a household name in Mataram and its location is very convenient. The service of the staff is very good and their attitude is very good. The hotel often hosts various events, so it can be a bit noisy at times. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well. I usually wear earplugs, so even if there was noise, it was difficult to wake me up. However, some local residents would bring their children to the swimming pool without wearing any swimsuits.

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

We checked in late and nobody helped us to carry the bags from our vehicle to the lobby. Breakfast is terrible please do something about it.

Perfect hotel for our stay at Gili Trawagan. People are very friendly and helpful‼️ Always willing to help you. Entertainment is very good, nice music and a good atmosfeer. Arranged bikes and snorkeling trip. Must visit and make memories‼️

It's my first time on Lombok Island, so I stayed only for one night. It has a very calm atmosphere and you can have the best vacation. The hotel was quite quiet and calm as there were not too many hotel rooms. The pick-up service to Kuta city is also very convenient. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach. Not only the facilities but also the service was particularly good and kind. Especially the service of Mr. MAYA was nice. Thank you.

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! Took a 2 hr 20 mins direct Scoot flight from Singapore and then a 1.5 hr car ride to the resort. Booked a car directly from resort and driver was waiting outside after exiting the airport with resort name. We booked the family suite which was the premier suite and the premier room combined, it had a connecting door. Room was huge but no bathtub in either rooms. Separate shower and toilet. There’s also a outdoor shower but I think it’s only for the ground floor units. Comes with safe deposit, kettle and fridge. No ironing board. Their laundry is rather reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and their air conditioning is cold. We had a few power shut downs but it was resumed very quickly in less than 20 secs. Nice beach but not suitable for swimming as the waves were huge. They have nice pools and sun decks. They have 2 restaurants serving Italian, western and Indonesia food. The Italian restaurant ‘Kliff’ is a must try. Superb food and quality at reasonable prices. Book a table to watch the sunset with Bali island in view. Beautiful sunset. The resort have a spa and gym as well. Tried the spa, prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Bali. Booked their snorkelling trips to the Gili islands and it was awesome! Gili Nanggu was our fav. Will definitely come again, Lombok is more laid back and without the Bali crowds. Things were cheaper too. If you want a nice, relaxing, quiet and good prices, come to Lombok. If you prefer pubs, shopping and crowds, then go to Bali. There’s also public ferries connection between Bali and Lombok. It takes approx 2 hours. Most of them understand simple English and remembers our preference for coffee and how we like our eggs done.

Although it is a bit far from the main street, bicycle access is possible. The facilities, cleanliness, friendliness, access to the swimming pool and beach, room condition, and the overall condition of the hotel were all excellent. The breakfast was so delicious and varied, so I think I'll stay here again if I go to Gili again. You can have dinner while enjoying a quiet and beautiful sunset every day. I think I'll want to go back again because of this hotel.

This place a liitle out of the town but as only there 2 days it was lovely.The place is built on the side of cliff and it feels like you're in mkyono.The room was new and spacious and view is superb of the ocean.The king size bed 🛌 was so comfortable and bathroom was huge. You need a golf cart to get to your room as too steep.The poolis lovely and theres a beach club too. Breakfast was nice and staff lovely throughout the resort but dinner food was okay,expensive and small serves. More international food then Indonesia food,which i prefer Indonesia food. Lovely resort to rest and relax.

Service a little long... they got the wrong room for me which I paid more for, but the hotel is well located and it has the best swimming pool on the island in my opinion 😉

Our experience did not start well at all as we were given a room next to the extremely noisy dance club (open from 4pm to 10pm) and after closing the staff were cleaning up the bar and could not sleep until midnight! Following day we were moved to a far away room. Quiet and lovely. Staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The room spacious and clean. The open bathroom is lovely but mosquitoes were a real pain! Breakfast was ok, they prepare your eggs, the rest was average. The hotel pool is small but cute. The bigger pools belong to a private company and even hotel guests were asked a minimum spend in order to get any sitting arrangements. A special thanks to Ulfa and the front office team who did their best to help us and make us feel welcome. We do like this side of the island as it is more quiet and a bit more upscale than the sunrise side, but it’s very personal…

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.

Location was absolutely fabulous. Having breakfast with the beautiful ocean in the background was the best. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff absolutely fantastic. Only suggestion I have is put some stairs in back pool so you can get in and out more easily! Great stay!

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

Beautiful secret garden close to everything (harbor, nice restaurants,shops) the staff was extremly friendly and adorable they help me to upgrade the wifi speed to work. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasty. It would be nice to provide some fresh juices or smoothies for breakfast. They had amazing fruits.
