This was our first time staying here and it definitely exceeded out expectations. The service was wonderful! We were treated very kindly by the staff and are especially thankful for Ms. KiKi for helping us out! Food was also great as well as the location. Highly recommended!

Good location. Everything is close by, the metro is two minutes away, a bus stop. The store is downstairs, it has everything you need (which is very convenient). Across the street is a large supermarket, a food market, a shopping center. Nearby is McDonald's, Pizza Hut. Truda Park is 10-15 minutes walk away (there is a large supermarket next to the park). Easy to find apartments, easy taxis. They always took us there. Prices are about the same as in Dalian Venice, IKEA is 20 yuan. To the airport at night 40 yuan. You can always quickly catch a taxi near the hotel. We lived in a room with a swing on the 20th floor, the view is good. The room is warm, there was no smell of smoke. They put new water every day, slippers and towels were changed every day. Soap, shower gel, toothbrushes, everything is there. But bed linen and cleaning were never done in 10 days, which was a little disappointing, because there was a lot of black hair from previous vacationers. I had to wash it myself. There is no microwave. The elevator is fast, we never had to wait too long. The owners are good guys, they always helped, answered all questions, they are hospitable. I recommend this place, next time I will come here again.

Was perfect for what it was, a place to stay by the airport as the weather in Dalian wasnt great. Ideally located, literally across road from airport. Wanda shopping mall andfood street is a 15/20 minute walk-away.

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. This is the second time I come to this hotel, and the experience was the same as the first time: comfortable location, good amenities, clean accommodation, and pleasant service. I recommend this hotel.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

This time we went from Shanghai to Dalian, and booked the air ticket and hotel together, which was economical and affordable. The Puyuan Hotel is just near my cousin's home in Dalian, so it is very convenient to pick me up by car. There are a variety of small restaurants around the hotel, including seafood barbecue, home-cooked meals, breakfast shops, Sichuan cuisine and Japanese food. Let's talk about the Puti Hotel. The cookies for breakfast are better than bread 😋, there is freshly ground coffee, and four flavors of porridge are just right for four days. After checking out, I waited for the car in the lobby. I brought the elderly to Shenyang on the weekend to experience the bathing culture. I also wanted to visit the Shenyang Forbidden City. For convenience, I chose this hotel in Fangcheng, next to Huaiyuan Gate. The location is really great. It's within walking distance to Zhong Street, the Forbidden City and Shuai's Mansion. In the morning, you can also visit the Xishun Street morning market. The morning market is not big, but all the food commonly eaten by nearby residents is very smoky. I will choose this place next time I come to Shenyang!

Just because the location is perfect, I stayed for three nights in total. The beautiful and handsome man at the front desk provided excellent service. There were many types of breakfast. The room was very clean. The room with street view was big enough. Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and looking at the middle street in a daze was the most enjoyable moment during the trip!

The hotel is near the mrt station. However, the direction provided by the hotel on the website can be misleading. I kind of took quite a while to locate the hotel as the local directed me to the wrong direction based on the description on their website. The photo of the hotel front can be misleading. I have attached a photo of what you should lookout for to locate the hotel (the brown signage). Although the hotel does not have non smoking levels, there was no smell of smoke in my room throughout my stay. There was no mini fridge in the room, however you can fridgerste your stuff at the reception counter just a little inconvenience. The staff are friendly and useful. The gym going traveller will be very disappointed as there were only 2 treadmills, located near the lobby.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Forbidden City. The room is large and very clean. I especially like the bathroom. The hotel staff are very warm and polite. They greet us when we come in and out, especially Kangkang, the lady at the front desk who received us. They recommended many guides for visiting Shenyang. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The aunt cleaned the room very well. We all received souvenirs when we checked in and checked out. We all liked it very much~

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

This was my second time stayed in this hotel . This time chosen city view room . Cleanliness is good but the car horn noises were my only negative point ! Hehe .. easily to access metro line , trains , buses or cabs from the hotel within 300m .On top of that , plenty local foods or restaurants around the area too . My 2nd attempt by walk to Zhongjie took about 40mins whereby people go shopping and foods there .

This hotel is conveniently located very near to Shenyang Station and very customer oriented with great services. The room is clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely book and stay here again for my next trip to Shenyang.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast served was good. There were only 2 small issues. People smoking in the hotel, even with signs saying no smoking. Staff didn't stop people from smoking. And secondly during the night there's a strange humming noise in the bedroom.Otherwise a really good stay and I would definitely recommend others to book their stay there.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Broken Bridge and within walking distance. There is a parking lot, which is not big. Parking is difficult. You don’t dare to move after parking. There is no guarantee that there will be a parking space when you leave and come back. Chain hotels all have similar layouts. The general cleanliness is OK, but the details need to be improved. There are a lot of biscuit crumbs on the chairs, and you have to wipe them before you can sit down. I have to book a room with a view next time, but I just didn't pay attention. I booked a business room and couldn't see the other side, which was a bit regretful.

This is the hotel where located just beside the Dandong railway station.It’s the hotel of Dandong railway station.In front of the hotel there is an iconic statue of China’s former leader.My first impression was one of awe - the elegance and sophistication were palpable from the very moment I walked in. The check-in staff were courteous and efficient, greeting me with warm smiles and promptly assisting me with my luggage. The hallways were immaculately clean, and the plush carpeting provided a pleasant sensation beneath my feet. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the stunning view of the “North Korea “ in the distance just 850m away from the balcony. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and carefully-selected furnishings that complemented the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring elegant fixtures and plush towels. But not up to 5 star standards. Throughout my stay, the staff continued to impress with their impeccable service and attentiveness to my needs. Every question I had was met with a prompt and informative response, and the concierge was particularly helpful in recommending local attractions and dining options. Overall, the “Dantie hotel”is combination of stunning views, good accommodations, and exceptional service ensured that my stay was both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sophisticated and refined experience in a beautiful Dandong city in China-North Korea border.

This was an amazing stay. While it wasn't directly on the river, my room had an eventful river view and it was about an 8ish minute walk to the river and Yalu Bridge. This hotel is connected to a mall with some pastry shops, noodles, a pizza restaurant and a starbucks so in the dead of winter (we came in Feb) it was convenient. A huge perk is the fact that it was a stones throw from the rail station, about 5 minutes walking. Thank you to 王君瑶 Coco Wang for helping make our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: There is a private bathroom, a public laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt does her best in cleaning every day. Environment: The overall sound insulation is okay. Service: Very patient. I missed the wireless headset and contacted the front desk proactively. They sent it back to me by SF Express the same day.

The ginkgo trees outside the gate are already slightly yellow, and autumn in the north is approaching; the breakfast is OK, it is a 5-minute walk from Dandong Station, and it takes less than ten minutes to ride a bicycle to the Yalu River. It is highly recommended

From the room window, you can clearly see the scenery of North Korea on the other side. I am also very grateful to the hotel travel agency for providing us with the one-day tour service to the river mouth. The staff of the travel agency are warm and kind, and they do what they say. This is a newly opened hotel this year. The service and hardware facilities are very intelligent. The lobby is also very stylish. The service is very thoughtful. Although the upstream flood caused water and power outages, the hotel staff actively told us that they would arrange to go to another place to connect water and electricity as soon as possible. Their positive attitude calmed our anxious hearts. In the afternoon, we worked hard and the water and electricity finally came at 4:15.
