The Lennox Apartment is the perfect spot for both short and long business stay. From the fully fitted amenities to the ambiance and cleanliness of the environment, it is a lovely place to call home while on business or leisure for a few days. Just 5 minutes from the airport, the location is perfect for business meetings within central accra and other environs. The airport pick-up shuttle service is complentary, which saves you stress if arriving from outside Ghana. There is a shop across the road that has a good supply of anything you might need immediately & they accept international cards. The Elms restaurant at the apartment has good food, polite services, and a great ambiance. The meals are freshly made. Security is top-notch. The location is quiet and easily accessible.The neatnesss of the apartment is also a big plus. Depending on the room you settle for, most have a balcony just incase you need some air to clear your thoughts. All in all a good value for money and a great location.

This Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel's location has been my ideal spot away from the buzz of the city for several visits now. They offer great food, drinks, clean rooms and EXCEPTIONAL service. First FOOD. The breakfast is delicious and offers local dishes. Staff is personable and REMEMBER guest likes and dislikes. Two, DRINKS! Bartenders make a show of mixing drinks. However, this may be the reason that the bar can get busy at times and guests can be OVERLOOKED. This is the only time I have experienced anything negative during my stay. When this occurred, it did not go unnoticed by one of the Food and Beverage staff members. This brings me to focus on EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. A gentleman, Mr. Prosper, who is part of the Food and Beverage Team, quickly apologized for the incident and made sure to being it to the attention of the staffers who were in training at the time. The young staffer who had overlooked me at the bar, even located my room to offer personal apologies. Outside of that, the site is well cared for and the rooms have amazing views of the ocean, or the pool side area. Families will also enjoy a stay or even a day at this FRIENDLY location.

Oh my gosh, luxury, luxury. This is beyond expectations. The area is beautiful and expensive, celebrities and all live here. The location is really safe, it’s clean, limited places to eat around you have to travel at least 10mins to restaurants. Anyways Samuel was not a very good host. He didn’t respond to our calls, he really didn’t seem interested in hosting us, unfriendly and distant.

Your friendly staff and high quality service alongside with the best secure location make your place very special comfort zone. I really enjoyed the food served and the swimming pool facility for training and relaxation. The whole staff from the Managing Director to the Reception are doing their utmost best to address to your needs and make sure you feel comfortable and well cared. There was a small drawback with WiFi network but I am pretty sure it has been settled by now. The Cabin hotel is my favorite place to stay anytime I am on ground

Because of price I usually stay here and it was okay so far but today when I tried to extend a couple of more nights, the staff told me you haven’t paid for last night. I was totally confused because I already paid 11 nights at first day when I checked in. But they said I paid only 10 nights. The truth was “hotel changed rates” without telling me after I checked in and made me I haven’t paid enough!!! Even hotel made me done but they made a crap that I asked to extend one night yesterday. I was sooo confused because I didn’t go to reception and the staff said she wasn’t at reception yesterday. she just made a story to adjust rate change. It’s understandable if hotel decide to change rate, yes, then hotel should have told me in advance. No need to make a story! So uncomfortable! チェックインした時に全額支払い、チェックアウト日に数日延長をしたいと伝えると、１泊分支払いが不足していると言われました。おかしいなと思い話を聞くと、勝手にレートを変えられてたようで、ホテルの記録上、チェックアウト日は合っているのに、1日少なく支払ったことになってました。普通に考えてチェックインの時に全額支払うのだから、なんであえて1日少なく払うのって感じなんですけどね。 受付の方からは”昨日あなたが受付にきて、1泊延長したいと言いましたよね”と言われ、私は受付にも行ってないし延長の話もしていないと話すと、”いや、きたよ”との繰り返し。 おそらくチェックイン対応した人が私のレートを間違ってしまったから、記録上は正しいレートにしたんでしょうけど、それならそうとちゃんと誠実に話してくれたらそのレートで支払うのに、嘘をつかれるなんてびっくりです。 チェックインを対応した人及びマネージャーと話をしたいと言って一旦は終えましたが、レートを勝手に変えて支払っていないようにするなんて恐ろしすぎます！

The facilities of this hotel in Africa are very good. The hotel arranges airport pick-up and drop-off, including breakfast, Chinese breakfast, and Chinese home-cooked lunch and dinner. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and not far from the Tema Port. The waiters are also very friendly and enthusiastic. The security guard at the door is on duty 24 hours a day. If you need any assistance, the hotel can basically help you solve it. The swimming pool and gym are both available, but it’s a bit cold at night now, so I dare not go into the water. The hotel often holds cocktail parties and weddings, so the quality of the employees is very good, good comments🌸🌸
