Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Good location very central to shops, restaurants, train etc. No Kettle, no tea, no coffee, no sweeteners, no cutlery, no complimentary water, no bathrobe, no hair conditioner. I came back from shopping and the glass shower door was removed from my bathroom and replaced with a plastic ugly shower curtain with no explanation from the staff. Very basic room for 4 stars

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

The hotel was great! Just a 5-minute walk to Milan Centrale Station, which was super convenient. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. If I come back to Milan, I’d definitely stay here again!

This is my second time at Hotel Tocq, there’s no better recommendation than that. The location is great, near Garibaldi station so not far from the central station either but in a much nicer and safer area. Well connected with metro, tram and suburban train. Walking distance to a lot of nice areas. The breakfast buffet is rich, it has a lot of savoury and sweet options and also caters to vegans and lactose intolerant. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I would only improve on some things included in the room: -the slippers (there’s always one pair instead of two, but they will give you the other if requested); -there’s no where to put the soap so maybe a hand soap dispenser would be better than the bar soap; - for lingerie stays it could be useful to have somewhere to store the clothes, am armoire or some drawers.

Good location, room spacious, but no drawers or shelfs for misc storage. Breakfast not much choice, food supplies very slow. At 8am, most cold & hot dishes were empty. Asking for more hangers, no response form house keeping.

The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Milan. Room very big and clean. Good location and very convenience, it close to train, metro and bus station. You can catch a bus to go to the airport directly.

very good! But it’s far from the city center and the taxi cost 50 euros, which is so expensive. 🤑. The breakfast is very rich. Friends who can eat Western food will definitely like it. The only drawback is that the white rice for breakfast is relatively cold. I almost went to the kitchen to demonstrate the egg fried rice to the chef. There is also an extra toilet in the bathroom. Looking at the picture, I forgot to ask the hotel why? 😂

Amazing, I would definitely come back again , I highly recommend it , super friendly and helpful staff , specially Tomaso. Very clean and modern hotel , I regret that I did not stay longer there. The down side is that the room is small and can only fit one 14m* but you can manage it when buying your comfort. The breakfast was with very good selections, fresh and tasted so good, but you have to pay extra $ for any requested order not on the buffet.
