Excellent location,
Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on.
Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Good location very central to shops, restaurants, train etc.
No Kettle, no tea, no coffee, no sweeteners, no cutlery, no complimentary water, no bathrobe, no hair conditioner. I came back from shopping and the glass shower door was removed from my bathroom and replaced with a plastic ugly shower curtain with no explanation from the staff.
Very basic room for 4 stars

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet.
It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

The hotel was great! Just a 5-minute walk to Milan Centrale Station, which was super convenient. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. If I come back to Milan, I’d definitely stay here again!
This is my second time at Hotel Tocq, there’s no better recommendation than that.
The location is great, near Garibaldi station so not far from the central station either but in a much nicer and safer area.
Well connected with metro, tram and suburban train.
Walking distance to a lot of nice areas.
The breakfast buffet is rich, it has a lot of savoury and sweet options and also caters to vegans and lactose intolerant.
The staff is friendly and quite helpful.
I would only improve on some things included in the room:
-the slippers (there’s always one pair instead of two, but they will give you the other if requested);
-there’s no where to put the soap so maybe a hand soap dispenser would be better than the bar soap;
- for lingerie stays it could be useful to have somewhere to store the clothes, am armoire or some drawers.

Good location, room spacious, but no drawers or shelfs for misc storage. Breakfast not much choice, food supplies very slow. At 8am, most cold & hot dishes were empty. Asking for more hangers, no response form house keeping.

The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Milan. Room very big and clean. Good location and very convenience, it close to train, metro and bus station. You can catch a bus to go to the airport directly.
very good! But it’s far from the city center and the taxi cost 50 euros, which is so expensive.
🤑.
The breakfast is very rich. Friends who can eat Western food will definitely like it. The only drawback is that the white rice for breakfast is relatively cold. I almost went to the kitchen to demonstrate the egg fried rice to the chef.
There is also an extra toilet in the bathroom. Looking at the picture, I forgot to ask the hotel why? 😂
Amazing, I would definitely come back again , I highly recommend it , super friendly and helpful staff , specially Tomaso. Very clean and modern hotel , I regret that I did not stay longer there.
The down side is that the room is small and can only fit one 14m* but you can manage it when buying your comfort. The breakfast was with very good selections, fresh and tasted so good, but you have to pay extra $ for any requested order not on the buffet.

GGuest UserGood value for the money, very close to the metro station, good restaurants near by, close to some interesting sites to visit.
The hotel didn’t provide any slippers for the guest, when you leave your room you have to leave the key to the reception, and collect it when you came back.
I stayed for the nights, i would leave the room early in the morning and came back late in the evening, on my last day of stay, when I returned, the door to my room was open! Probably the cleaning staff forgot to properly close the door! Anyone in the hotel, mostly on the same floor could have entered the room, lucky for me I didn’t leave anything of value in the room. Please be aware of this “small mistake” !

GGuest UserPeople were so friendly and kind in general. Their staff is very nice, you can ask them about anything any time and they’ll give you an answer.
In my opinion I think the room needed more light, but besides that, everything was fine.
AAzmeel Mazlee AnuarPros:
1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name
2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff.
3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier.
4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it.
5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars.
6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items)
7. The best part was the room has a large balcony.
8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied.
9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit.
10. They had spa and gymnasium.
11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo.
12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night.
Cons
1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage.
2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°)
3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning.
Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel.
You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.
LLamees Al-MahroosWent there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street).
The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room.
As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy.
Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed.
The only 2 negative points I see were:
- the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished).
- Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring.
This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.
MMilanguowangWhen there is an exhibition in Milan, the price of downtown hotels basically doubles or triples, and it is very likely that you can't book it. Although this hotel looks a bit far from the main city on the map, it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the M4, and you can also enjoy the life style of the real residential areas around Milan along the way. The hotel is newly renovated at first glance, the rooms are not only large, but also the facilities are all the latest, and the buffet breakfast is very, very delicious!!!
GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
