It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here.

The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.
