Very good service. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast very well served!

The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

It was a long trip recovery stay, the room has a sympathetic area and the Mini-Bar with a minimum offer, a good relationship request quality

I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location. After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary! Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect. In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay. A 10!

But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right. Superior or Privilege Room, 16th floor. I recommend it. Clean hotel, beautiful room, quiet, no bad smell, very comfortable bedding. Friendly and responsive to resolve a water leak in the bathroom. Immaculate fitness center, pool, sauna. Netflix TV.... Varied and restocked breakfast buffet. For tea, there's a small kettle with a carafe to fill it. The Nespresso machine makes the hot water taste like coffee. And it makes a terrible noise when the neighbor uses it in the middle of the night. Check-in is slow, maybe it's due to their IT. If they haven't received the money due to banking transactions with the booking platforms, they ask you—even with presentation of the voucher—for a credit card deposit, which is canceled as soon as the amount is received. This doesn't happen at other hotels booked with shorter notice.
