Kutaisi is my favorite city in Georgia. It is quiet and relaxed, with a European charm, but the security is much better than that of old Europe. This hotel is a treasure. It is located in the city center and only takes ten minutes to walk to the square. Parking is on the dead end road in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. I can stay in a suite at this price. I can't be more satisfied.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

The hotel is ideal for tourists. In the most historic center. The room is big. However, heating broke in our room. And in December in Kutaisi was cold. So the room was frozen. The duty station somehow connected the battery. As a result survived. But the number itself is very twisted. However, the price and quality are in line with each other)))

The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the Golden Fleece Fountain outside the window. The hygiene is average. The room facilities are also average. It is relatively old. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.
