We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam. Guests ”from outside” also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend. We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously. In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.

As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted) The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊 Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool. I think turning on the heating will solve these problems. 10 minutes walk to the center Overall - I recommend it!

Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels. Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety. Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches. ✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

Good hotel. Located a little far from the center, but overall it is not critical. The room is spacious, clean, the room has everything you need. We were settled in a room in the balcony and with a good view that was very pleased. Every day was cleaning, changing towels and toilet paper, adding water, tea and coffee. Breakfasts are delicious and quite diverse. There is a terrace on the roof with bar, calyenne, music and beautiful view. But we never used it. We decided to check in there before leaving the hotel and see what was there and were pleasantly surprised. We had an evening departure, so after checking out we decided to leave the luggage in the hotel and pick it up in the evening. There is no separate luggage room in the hotel, we left the luggage on the recession, but everything went well when we returned, the luggage was on its place, nothing was missing.
