"Goede locatie, en mooi park ge'oeg te doen, huisjes wat gedateerd maar degelijk voor een verblijf van een paar dagen, mooi zwembad vergt wat aandacht maar desalniettemin goed"
GGuest User6 min walk from Antwerp Central Station. Easy to get to many places in the city. That’s the only pro. The room was old and equipped with aged facilities. They won’t provide basic hotel stuff in the room such as cleaning sets, bath ropes etc until you go down to front desk to ask from them (yes they won’t bring them up, you have to go down yourself). The A/C switch was not easy to operate, what was set on switch did not match the temp I felt. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Some lady staff at reception were nice to offer help. But some guy staff seemed they were reluctant to work. I checked in at night and it passed shop normal operating hours. The hotel didn’t offer complementary water. There was no vending machine inside or near hotel. There was no kettle provided in the room! So boiling water is not an option. They forced you to drink bottled water from minibar. And everything from minibar was ridiculously expensive. Water is 2-3 x the price of what you pay at local supermarket. A total rip-off. Would definitely not choose this place again.
TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.
GGuest UserThe room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
GGuest UserIt was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints.
Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good.
The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all.
GGuest UserThis is an older hotel in Antwerp, so the facilities aren't brand new, but everything you need is there. The rooms are well-equipped, including a refrigerator. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. At breakfast, they're very enthusiastic and proactive in assisting you, whether it's coordinating things or getting extra food.
WWilliam Sun 1987Hotel located in a very nice place actually it's the downtown. Many nice restaurants and bars there. The food is quite nice. Hotel is very clean with very nice design and full of arts.
WWENKUNThe parking lot is large and quiet, and there is a restaurant nearby that is very authentic. The bed is large and very comfortable. Next to the farmland, the woods, and the serene rural atmosphere of Europe.

Convenient location on the edge of the high speed
In addition to the hotel's own restaurant, you have to go to the town to eat
Very comfortable town, worth a walk
