I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter.
The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day.
One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.
Overall 4 out of 5.
Decent and nice hotel. Caters to many couples and families who bring along their pet dogs etc. Seen like this is their specialty. Only thing we found strange was that they charge a hefty fee to use the swimming pool, even for hotel guests. The air conditioning also appears less than ideal, being fixed in terms of the temp setting. You cannot change or adjust it- which is not good
Definitely a plus point being suites in Alpensia. My wife likes the wash basin in the suite very much. Bought lots of hot chocolate, instant coffee and ice creams into the room and enjoyed every moment eating in the suite. Settle my toilet bowl flushing problem immediately and would thank them for this, faced no problem in the cold winter .. thank you IHG for the setting
Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊
It was a pet room reservation.
The free dog rental items and stroller service were good.
The wind was really strong, but it wasn't cold at all.
The balcony sash was really nice.
The barbecue area was also nice to use. I want to go again in the summer.
It was convenient to make a real-time reservation using Trip.com.
I recommend it if you are traveling to Sokcho or Goseong with your pet.
I made a reservation for breakfast in advance and got a discount, so I used it well.
It was right in front of Sampo Beach, so
The walk along the beach was really nice.
There were also events, so it was fun.
I'm also looking forward to the year-end fireworks.
I was looking for a place to stay when I suddenly wanted to go see the ocean, and this was the closest and cheapest place to stay, so I stayed here.
Both the bathroom and bedroom were clean and impeccable.
The space wasn't too cramped, and I personally felt it was enough for two people. I was surprised that the walls? doors? of the shower room and toilet were mysteriously translucent, but it's not that obvious... so if you're concerned about that, be careful.
It was very good~ However, if there is one thing I wish was that there was a veterinarian on site at the resort so that we could respond quickly to emergencies such as pet vaccinations and treatment~
Clean and good view depending on the location. You have to walk a little to the beach. Because it is new, it can smell the unique smell of a new house, and there is a construction place, so it is a bit noisy during the day. The noise seems to be a little different depending on which neighbor you meet. I think there are people talking outside even at dawn, so I wiped it with a wet towel because the floor seemed to be a little dusty. I think the Lari facilities will gradually be better as cafes are being built.

Eek2579The location is the best. The view is very good. You can see the sunrise from the room. It is within 10 minutes walk to the central market and is convenient to use restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor of the building. There is no reception, but parking and check-in are easy. Microwave in the room. Hair dryer. TV. refrigerator. Kitchen (with cooking tower including tableware), coffee pot, shampoo are available. However!!! It was a lot of disappointment in cleanliness. There was hair and X hair on the floor and shelves on the bed. Dust management such as tables was not maintained. And above all, the bathroom is not clean. When the toilet was stinging and the lighting in the bathroom broke down, it was dark. * There are unnecessary props (frames and harmony, etc.), giving a bad impression. There is no intention to visit again.
