The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the location is perfect for shopping, just a 5-minute walk to the MarkAntalya Mall. It will always be a top choice for me when visiting Antalya

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

The hotel was nice, bed was ok, pillow is soso, room is clean & comfy, shower hand was a bit broken but its ok, breakfast was good, location was good very near to the park & the old towns is walking distsnce, the gym was also good, the pools also nice, the view is great. Overall was good stay.

Everything was very nice and clean. All the friends were very attentive, we would like to thank especially Ms. Belgin and the young friends, they were very interested. The location of the hotel is very easy to reach everywhere, very close to the tram.

We stayed with my wife for five days.the rooms were new and clean... breakfast was beautiful and varied. thanks to it being close to everywhere, we found the possibility to visit all the places to be visited... also considering the price, I think it was too successful for that price.. Personnel are very laughing and helpful... We met their owners in our second day, very naive and kind people... I think you will meet your expectations more if you want a clean and economic holiday for a tour.

При выборе номера, обязательно обращайте внимание на номер с окном или без, у нас было без цена дешевле и это не портило нахождение в нем. WiFi хорошо работает.

I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

Excellent hotel conveniently located walking distance to places of interest - very friendly staff and very hearty and healthy breakfast included in tariff the rooms are very clean and spacious and quiet despite being close to a main avenue the tram stop is around corner.Would definitely stay again in future.

Close to Antalya main airport, very convenient for a night in transit or for a short stay close to the Mall of Antalya, Isnova offers a great value for money. Large rooms well appointed and with very good noise insulation and airco. Pleasant and helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast with fresh products.

Mix up first night with rooms ....but manager sorted it straight away next morning ....we were given Room 212 over looking pool ...very clean ...hotel is very friendly...Manager so helpful ...ALL bar staff were lovely ...kitchen staff all lovely ...cleaners lovely ...2 ladies who do Hamam massage were lovely ladies I got even sang ...lovely experience..one of ladies doing massage ...it was hers sons birthday ...even brought us piece of birthday cake over ....only problem with hotel is bank up to it ....struggled but you can get a taxi up ..First time to Turkey people are lovely and cant do enough for you...thankyou Villa Sonata 💐

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we were impressed. It is very clean and modern. We arrived at midnight and were checked in within 5 minutes. We were offered food as well. The rooms are clean and modern. I found the bed a little hard but that's personal preference. The beach is a 10 min walk but they also run a shuttle bus numerous times a day. The food is AMAZING, even for someone as fussy as me, I ate a meal every night. So much choice and salads and desserts too. The pool area was lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and even when we got down at 9.30am-10am, we still had a choice. There is no snack bar for the all inclusive but every day at 4.30pm there is a wide selection of cake and some fresh fruit. I've never eaten so much cake 🤣 I love the idea that outside the room with your room number, is an illuminated panel. There are switches inside the room that you can illuminated red for no entry and green which is a lady with a mop which means you want your room cleaned. Best invention ever!! WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel. The only downside to this hotel and that's not their fault is the distance from Antayla airport, it's around 2 hours straight. We had a shuttle transfer and it took nearly 3 hours, there was a 15 min toilet/snack stop which made it a bit more bearable. I'd 100% recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

It's not everyone's cup of tea, but a hotel where the waitress is taking the leftovers from the restaurant to feed the cats? It gets my vote! It's a short walk to the beach. The hotel is about at the end of the shops, and if you walk east on any street from here, you will find an infinite variety of shops, cafes, bike hire, tattooists, excursion bookings, you name it. The shops the locals use are on the north side of town. There is a great open air gym about 15 minutes' walk away on the seafront, and a more basic one a bit closer. You will get a wake-up call at 7am when the faithful are called to prayer. The hotel is next to the bus station, so it's not the quietest spot. I was there in winter, I have no idea how busy it gets in summer. Staff are lovely. The hotel is a bit run down, but for the price, you can't really go wrong. I enjoyed the food: plenty for a vegetarian to eat and there's always dessert! I can't recommend the house wine, but the beer was lovely. Not strong, so I could drink lots. Mostly I just ate and slept in the hotel. There's wifi in the lobby, and when everyone's in the restaurant, it grinds to a halt. The room had only two electric sockets, and the fridge was plugged into one of those. I didn't use the pool or the hamam. All the books in the lobby are in German. When you find the juice bar on the sea front straight down from the hotel, try the Ginger Mix. Best thing ever!

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

We have been vacationing in Turkey since 2005 almost every year. We have stayed in all-inclusive hotels of various star ratings, but by 2024 the prices for such vacations had become simply astronomical. Therefore, we decided to rent a house by the sea for a long term. Considering that Turkey has complicated the procedure for renting out housing for a short term and in January 2024 the situation with renting apartments was very vague, our choice turned to offers from apart-hotels. In response to our request for the possibility of booking for the period and number of guests we were interested in, sent to at least 10 hotels, the first and, in fact, the only one, was Aria Riva Hotel Alanya. We vacationed in this hotel for almost 2 months from the beginning of June to the end of July 2024. The main criteria were: close to the sea, so as not to travel by transport, and to feel like home. We got all this from Aria Riva. Many thanks to Vera, who organized such a vacation for us! We really lived and vacationed like at home. Excellent two-room suite with full equipment, including a vegetable grater and a wine corkscrew. The washing machine is a real lifesaver with two children and two adults. The room was cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Aria Riva is an aparthotel where you feel like you are at home! Friendly, helpful and caring staff, but at the same time completely unnoticeable, unobtrusive. The electric kettle broke down, and exactly 10 minutes later it was replaced with a new one! Everything that is indicated in the room description on the website is there. All photos of the room correspond to reality. All appliances and plumbing are in working order and, importantly, completely clean! Even the oven! The sea is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel with a traffic light to cross the road. The hotel pool is very conveniently located - partly under the building. There is both shade and sun. A freshwater pool in the shade in the midday heat after the sea is just a salvation! Sun loungers, tables with chairs, shower, children's ”paddling pool” - everything is there, everything is in good working order, everything is convenient. Aria Riva is perfectly located. Excellent travel agency next to the hotel - any excursions and entertainment at reasonable prices. Within walking distance of 3-5 minutes there are chain stores, a little further there is a market on Tuesdays, cafes and restaurants are simply in every neighboring house - everything, as Vera promised when booking. Smiling Tugba, friendly and responsive Misha, our kind and hospitable Vera, all the technical staff and maids, thank you all for our wonderful vacation! Vera's words: ”Come and you will feel at home” - came true 100%. If we decide to repeat, then only in Aria Riva Hotel Alanya!

A great hotel for its budget, new stylish rooms, a beautiful cozy setting in the Hall and restaurant. From the downsides this breakfast, strongly don't eat big hopes, it will be great if something is bitten and the plate will not be beaten, but most likely the plate will be beaten and the pancakes will end before you take them and nobody will offer new ) only a wheat egg or omlet with vegetables will remain )

Great location, 5 or so minute walk to the beach. The staff are great. The pool is amazing, very clean. Would deffo come back. This holiday was much needed as a family member has been very sick the past couple if years. We all needed to de-stress. Thanks to all the staff at HMA.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly and resolves issues quickly. Friendly. A huge plus of the hotel is that the bus stop is 10 steps away. Near parks, children's park. The location of the sea is step by step. Shops, cafes, restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute walk. The room is cleaned and linen changed. The room itself is very clean and bright. Many thanks to this hotel.

Overall an excellent hotel. Really pleased with the services on offer, the staff were nice and always checking in to see if your doing well. The hotel had loads of activities to do that appealed to all ages. The food was great, especially the variety of food on offer.

We upgraded to a deluxe room. It's near the airport but not noisy. The soundproofing is good. There are many pilots and stewardesses staying nearby. We can have breakfast at 4 in the morning, probably for the early flight. The whole room is very clean and the service is very good.

This vacation hotel is very suitable for the family who like sea. In here you can watch and play on the beach and enjoy the food and soft drinks all the day. All star to say

I am currently in my hotel room at 11 o'clock, and I am writing this text. First of all, they had said that the hotel's swimming pools are warm, but on this date, September 28th, it is very cold and it is difficult to use them. There is a wide variety of food, but even though there are many Iranian guests, none of the dishes are suitable for Iranian tastes. The food is very repetitive, and the special dishes are almost inedible. The children's restaurant serves boiled potatoes and boiled carrots, and there are hardly any children there. Although this hotel is a kids concept, it doesn't even have nuggets for kids in the meals. The names of the dishes are written in German and Russian, but not in Persian. Although there are many Iranian guests, during the animation team's activities, explanations are given in Russian and German at the start, but not in Persian. The mini disco is not at all attractive for children. They play a few songs, all in German and Russian. The animation team is off duty on Mondays. Out of six nights, they have live music with an amateur singer for three nights. The water park is not at all attractive for children aged 5 and above, it only has two slides. The water park path is very dirty and slippery. The snack bar is also served in a clogged manner, despite being advertised as self-service. However, the drinks, cocktails, cafes, and the behavior of the hosts are excellent. For a trip like this in Iran, we have to plan a year ahead, but unfortunately, this hotel has really disappointed and regretted me.

The area, swimming pools, water park, children's club are super. The food is average for five, no frills. Umbrellas on the beach are purely symbolic, they hardly shade

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone . The facilities, the service, the food and the feel factor around the whole resort is that of total relaxation and luxury . We’ve just returned after a week with 2 children under the age of 6 who also had the time of their lives. The kids club is brilliant and although myself and my wife never left our children unattended in there, there is that option if that’s something you choose to do and it does feel extremely safe. The private beach is at bottom of the resort, which also has so many sun beds. This hotel feels a million miles away from the nightmares you hear of Sunbed wars at 9am or fighting to get towels with towel cards; there is an abundance of sun beds all around the resort even when the hotel is full. If you see yourself as a bit of a food / drink connoisseur like myself then this is heaven on earth. The drinks, food and patisserie options are that of pure luxury. What made the hotel even more special is that nothing is too much to ask of the staff, whether it be a cocktail, a milkshake, or some late night food. From the sun beds, to the huge pool, the luxurious rooms or the unbelievable buffet ( which is that good you feel you’re missing out going to an a la carte restaurant, which are equally as brilliant ) this hotel did not disappoint at all. At the Mardan Palace you can have an unforgettable trip away making memories while also being able to indulge in pure luxury ! This is our second time at the hotel, and within the next week I will be booking again for next year. I would like to give a huge shout out to Ikbel from the guest assistant team, she was absolutely fantastic the whole way, I can’t recommend her enough she was so attentive to our every need and made sure we were looked after until we checked out ! We can’t wait to return again next year

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The best experience in Turkey. One week in paradise! Our family took a cabana for every day. Service guys were the best! As for the meals, dinners in Revan Turkish restaurant were the best! We totally enjoyed it! This place is special. They are also nature friendly hotels.😍😍😍😍😍

Just got back from Titanic, on arrival we were told they had overbooked family rooms so upgraded us to the Admiral suite on 9th floor. This was beautiful , massive 2 bed room suite and balcony even had separate lift we could use. I found the staff very friendly even though they were obviously hot and tired. Lots of different nationalities even Iranian but we all got on well. Always got a sunbed easy and never more than 1 ahead of you when getting drinks at the bars. Restaurant was busy so go early or really late. Food was good at first but repetitive after a few days , lots of choice as they have to cater for lots of different nationalities . We missed the english breakfast though as no bacon etc allowed. Hotel immaculate top to bottom. Entertainment available all day and not pushed into it if you prefer not to. The shows in the evening are the best i have seen. Really enjoyed the acrobats and the cruise party with the fireworks. Weather was a bit too hot for us really but managed to find shade for beds and pool. Quite a few of us brits there about 300 so made some good friends ( Hello the Jones!! ) . Watersports are available at extra cost but really expensive 40 euros for 10 mins so we passed on this. Hotel shop was really expensive too but we still bought from there as too hot to go down the road. Beware Burger king at the airport omg. cost us at least 30 euros for typical meal but hubbie and children wanted that burger!! oh well we are on holiday..... cant think of any thing else apart from lovely ice creams as well especially caramel. Finally the hotel reception said that we should always ask for upgrade on arrival and they will try to see if suite available. just thought i let you know

The hotel is close to the airport. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, checked us in very quickly. The room is clean, air-conditioned and there were two bottles of water needed upon arrival. Before going to bed, we had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant and the next day we continued our tourist journey. Thanks to Asimado Suit Hotel for the warm welcome.
