Tem q observar a quantidade de pessoas. Fechei para 3 pessoas. Quando cheguei lá, tinha 2 camas de solteiro. Tive que pagar mais 100,00 por uma cama a mais no quarto. Infelizmente tive esse imprevisto.

Fiz duas reservas em meu nome. No meu check in, os atendentes identificaram as duas reservas, e pediram confirmação das mesma. Perguntei se estava tudo correto, e respondi que a outra reserva seria para os meus pais que chegariam, no voo da madrugada. Na madrugada, aproximadamente as 02:30, do dia 25/11, quando meus pais foram fazer o check in. Outro atendente nos afirmou, não ter uma segunda reserva, e que teríamos que pagar novamente pela estadia. Solicito ressarcimento da segunda diária, por parte do hotel ou pela trip.

The location of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, very clean, and the breakfast is great! I highly recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful, a wonderful accommodation, a beautiful view of the city.
Just don't get to your will, wearing shorts and blues, because even you pay, the receptionists will judge you, and look wrong.
There is also a lack of trip to enter wm agreement with the hotel because there is a payment option ONLINE, in the hotel the recipients deny payment.
Deceptive!!
If that was the hotel that I would like to host at the end of the year, today it is no longer!

GGuest UserO hotel tem uma localização boa, mas os quartos precisam de melhorias, tive problemas com o colchão que era super desconfortável, tinha um buraco no meio quando você deitava, acordava com a coluna pedindo socorro 😩 e os travesseiros super finos, o banheiro não tinha ducha, e o chuveiro quando usado na temperatura quente dava choque, fora que era super fraco o jato do chuveiro 🚿 as portas precisam de reparos, a do banheiro já estava toda arrebentada, até um buraco tinha, o hotel tem 2 elevadores e um deles passou 3 dias sem funcionar, então demorava muito até chegar no seu andar devido a movimentação de pessoas, graças a deus o ar condicionado funcionava bem, mas precisa de manutenção para tirar o pó de poeira, o café da manhã era bom, tinha várias opções e hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito, e as camareiras são super educadas! Todo mês estou em Goiânia e na minha opinião, o valor cobrado pelas diárias não valeu a pena, já paguei valores menores em outros hotéis no mesmo setor que me ofereceu uma estadia melhor, mas infelizmente dependendo das datas nem todos os hotéis tem disponibilidade, então você se obriga a ficar nos que tem, foi o caso da minha hospedagem no rede Andrade!
