Very satisfied! The location is convenient, right in the city center, just three bus stops from Kanazawa Station. There's a hot spring on the top floor where you can relax every evening. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, with two options to choose from. You can either go to the nearby Omicho Market or have breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. Since I only stayed for two days, I chose one option each day. At the seafood market, you can pick between two restaurants: one serving seafood bowls and the other offering blackthroat seaperch kamameshi. I chose the latter, and it was absolutely delicious. On the second day, I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, where there was a wide variety of choices, and I could assemble my own beautiful breakfast set using different containers!

Location is good. 4 mins walk from station. Family mart and 7/11 around the corner. Room is ok size. Hotel has onsen which is a bonus. The bed is good and there are many pillows, seemed to be memory foam! Didn't try breakfast as it's 2200 yen! I gave a 4 for cleanliness because there do snt seem to be a service lift for staff. I met a staff pushing the days change of bedsheets to another floor. Also, the corridors have no ventilation. When maid chambers clean the rooms and left the used towels etc at the corridors, the smell is really bad! That was the smell in my room when I checked in. I had to open the windows to clear the air. I think the hotel can look into this matter. Otherwise the stay was great! Staff at reception was polite and helpful.

Nice to stay here. The hotel location is close to Kanazawa station. That's convenience. Reception & Restaurant area are at 13rd floor. Twin bedroom is bigger than double bedroom (more space). Breakfast is served as Japanese's set. I staied for 2nights : The first breakfast is rice pot with fish set. The second breakfadt is rice pot with crab set. Love it❤️ what a photogram set I would said.

It's about a ten-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, and on the way, you'll pass by what's considered the best Montbell store in the Chubu region. The hotel is clean, the room is a decent size, and it's very new, making for a very comfortable stay. The lobby offers a complimentary coffee machine, and upon check-in, guests receive a welcome drink. They also provide vending machine tokens based on the number of occupants, allowing each person to get one free drink. There's an ice machine and a laundry room on the second floor. Omi-cho Market is just diagonally across from the hotel.

The hotel service for our extended stay was fantastic, absolutely no complaints there. The only minor drawback was their housekeeping policy for consecutive nights. They only clean the room once every five or six days. On other days, they just replenish the toiletries. If you require more frequent cleaning, it seems to cost an additional 1500 Yen. You might want to check out picture three.

The room was relatively spacious for Japan. While there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, shopping isn't particularly convenient, as the area is predominantly office buildings and lacks traditional Japanese streets or local architecture with character.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location directly across from Kanazawa Station. You can't miss it; it's the tall building on your right as you exit the Kenrokuen Gate. The bathtub is large and clean, complemented by nice bath powder. Plus, they provide La Mer shower, shampoo, and treatment products. Highly recommended!

My child and I stayed for 3 nights. When I booked on Ctrip, it stated that daily breakfast for two was included. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me there was an error with the travel agency's booking, and it only covered breakfast for one adult. I hope Ctrip will be more explicit when handling bookings to avoid such misunderstandings. Ultimately, the front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, patiently clarified the situation and confirmed breakfast for two. The process was efficient, and their service was excellent, showing great attention to detail. Thank you! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Kanazawa Station West Exit. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient!

Kaga Onsen Station has a free hotel bus pick-up! The hotel provides one-to-one butler service, including food and beverage. You can choose a butler for the whole trip. We chose to stay for one night with breakfast and dinner! We were given a designated small private room! There are 3 hot springs! Take turns to take a bath and enjoy different environments! Very satisfied!

The room was clean, and I enjoyed the on-site hot spring and sauna, followed by a variety of ice creams for purchase. It's conveniently located near a subway station and a bus stop. You board the bus from the back door and exit from the front, paying the fare when you get off. The hotel is also close to the Sakae shopping district and various attractions, offering great views of the Ferris wheel and Nagoya TV Tower at night. The staff were friendly and could communicate in simple English. Overall, it offers good value for money. The surrounding area is quiet, and I even saw some leisurely crows by the roadside 🐦⬛. I'd definitely consider staying here again – highly recommended!
