Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. From check-in through check-out everything went smoothly. The room was quiet and clean, the bed is big enough and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was hearty and there is a bathroom near the restaurant. It is very convenient for people to wash hands after meal. Overall, it was a great experience for me. Everything was perfect. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Izmir in the future.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out all staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, even if in some spots the carpet could use some replacement. It was always quiet for a good rest and sleep during day and night. We have also been to the rooftop bar, which is a little expensive but has a nice view. The gym room is actually quite well equiped, also with a good view, as it is on the top floor as well. The location of the hotel is nice, you can explore the nearby city center by foot and reach most of the city easily by public transportation including ferries. If you get a good price here, the hotel is definitely recommendable.

Everything with the hotel was great except for the service at the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Other than that everything was on point! The hotel was super clean and surrounded with amazing restaurants

This place was strangely perfect. There are no negative points, the room was very clean and beautiful. We also had a balcony. We even had a clothesline. In the room there was an electric kettle, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer and some clean towels. We arrived at 5 am. A number was left, so I called it. A gentleman came, even though I had woken him up, he was very polite and kind. Check in was done very quickly. The bed was comfortable. We had a great stay. The outdoor space is wonderful. A very clean pool with a few beds and a nice gazebo. We had crack coffee which was great. One day, I asked for two large teas, which were quickly brought to me. During the stay, I saw that 2 gentlemen were there. Both are great and friendly. I strongly recommend staying in Rabetiko 💕

staff are rude and do not want to help with anything. Room service is terrible and tonight I am told I only have one option chicken rap. They do not allow you to use the hotel garden after 10:00pm but will allow certain customers to go out and use and tell them not to say anything. no equality here. The fridge in the room is warm. I were told that the restaurant had closed. The closing time should be 10pm but and the time were 9:30,after being refused I watched the staff allowed another person to sit and eat. I qustioned this and were told okay you can eat then. I did not choose to eat because I felt uncomfortable and didnt understand why I had just been told I am not able to eat at the restaurant but others could come and sit down to eat. I had travelled from England and arrived 8pm I had no food and were very hungry. I asked for more toilet roll and coffess since my room hadn't been stocked up. I had to ask three times in one day to get it and still when I came home that evening nothing had been put in my room. The hotel hosts weddings and will tell us stupid people who paid to stay here that we cant use the garden today. 😡. I arrived for breakfast at am. All the drinks machine were empty. I asked could I have a cold drink and were told its empty and that's it. This were At 8 am this were shocking how could it have run out. I paid for Breakfast included and let's just say it's not good at all. Tonight I witnessed a staff member say the F word while another customer were crying at the counter asking for some support because another customer had called them fat. It were unprofessional. The owner of the hotel has no manners and actually I found him more than rude terrible people skills. I felt as though I were not welcome. The facilities here are awful. The last time I came here the sauna were out of use and not blocked off the ceiling were falling through and the swimming pool is tiny and awful. I regret every penny I have spent here and please, if your looking for a decent place to stay avoid this hotel like the plague. I'm an easy outgoing guy and never write reviews about such things. But I do not want anyone to experience what I have. Second time i have stayed here and i cant wait to leave. The coffee in the rooms are awful tasting. Aircon pumps warm air. The hotel room carpet had bits cut off and stitched back again. My bath and toilet were not clean. The bathroom countertop had a massive crack init and not repaired. I genuinely have had an awful experience. They have no customer service skills at all. Stay there at your own risk but dont say I dint warn you. It's not a cheap hotel and the standards are beyond a joke. I hope to share my opinions and experiences world wide and every social media platforms out there. I hope to save you the pain I have had to ho through . It's not a good place . dont make the same mistake I did.

The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. This is an amazing place to stay if you want total relaxation. The gardens are beautiful, rooms are large and comfortable and the pool is lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and particularly enjoyed the food which was always tasty, fresh and varied. We stayed here for two weeks and during that time, a new pool bar was opened, a new menu launched and other enhancements were being worked on. This showed that management were invested in the guest experience. The only negative and it really is a small thing is that the toilet paper is not replaced unless you ask for it which is a little embarrassing! We would totally recommend Banana and would come back if we visit Alacati again

Me and friends were there on May 26 to 28. The hotel is perfect in many wasy. Location, so close to the touristic area and shops, hotel itself is elegant, roomy, spacious, clean and bright. It has a terrace and swimming pool. Parking right in front of the hotel. can ask for more from an affordable hotel. The restaurant offers basic typical food but I was surprised the offered fried eggs when asked if possible. The staff is very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I only have good things to say about this place.

Stayed with my partner here in a double room for 2 nights. Ours was situated at the back of the hotel facing away from the mosque. There's no getting away from being awoken by the 5am call to prayer in any part of the city centre so that wasn't an issue. The room was very inexpensive, so it was a surprise to find an immaculately clean, large and airy room with a genuine king size bed (not 2 singles pushed together) The shower blasted hot and consistent water. The hotel itself is located within a few minutes walk from the bus station, train station, excellent restaurants and main attractions in town. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Their English language skills are on point, they were extremely friendly and gave us invaluable information for our travels. What an absolute gem of a hotel. Don't even think about looking elsewhere, just book Ephasus Centrum Hotel!

The hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. We travel quite a bit and can tell you that Akanthus was one of the best experiences we have ever had, anywhere, in a locally owned and operated boutique-style hotel. The owners (two very kind brothers) and the staff were hospitable and genuinely committed to professional excellence. They have thought of virtually every detail to make their guests have a welcome and comfortable experience. The rooms are nicely decorated and outfitted for modern travelers... and, most importantly, CLEAN. As we were staying for more than a week, we wiped the drawers before putting our things in them... and we found them already completely clean. No negative surprises. Have you ever looked a beautiful green hillside (like in Scotland) and when you get closer you find weeds and thistles? In other words, something that looks good in the photos and then when you get there it is not what you expected. Not this place... Akanthus lives up to expectations. In fact, it _exceeded_ our expectations. Their warm and helpful staff went the ”extra mile” to make sure we had what we needed. As we know, this side of heaven nothing will ever be perfect. That is why I do not write that it was perfect. It was, however, truly professionally excellent. Akanthus is an oasis for all its guests, from check-in to the nightly cake and warm drink, to the daily healthy breakfast and coffee, to the service throughout the day. Their small pool was a welcome place to cool off during hot summer days. We give our highest recommendation to whomever is reading this. Stay here when you go to Ephesus.

Spectacular views especially of the castle from our huge balcony! Fabulous size room and bathroom with extremely comfortable bed. Great shower. Good mix of traditional and modern decor. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, with excellent quality and plentiful breakfast. Only regret is we only stayed for one night but are already planning to return soon.

I really liked the hostel. Simply wonderful! The employees are just wonderful people! The young man knows English very well! And he even knows a lot of words in Russian. Kind and responsive! The woman at the reception was also very kind to me. Everything in the room is very comfortable. Everything is clean, the bathrooms are also clean! Very good location and reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and friendly, very good English, very gentleman! Every little detail of the hotel is arranged with great care. Doors, stairs, bedsides, windows, floors, etc., all are solid wood. I really like the feeling of walking barefoot on the clean solid wood floor of the room. There are not many guests staying, but the hotel is still very prepared to prepare breakfast for several of us. It was supposed to be after 14:00 on the same day, but we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning, and the owner did not say that we arranged the early check-in. I regret that I only arranged for one night in Selcuk. Reluctant to leave this peaceful and quiet town, reluctant to leave the gentleman's warm hotel uncle.

Lovely meal and very Friendly staff. Beautifully located in Selçuk near mosque. Cosy bar area and gorgeous Terrace with beautiful views. Would definitely recommend for dinner or just to meet friends for a drink.

The breakfast is rich in variety, and the hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the bus station, convenient to Pamukkale, Antalya, and Istanbul. Pamukkale has two buses a day, one at 8:30, and one at 11:30 (on November 27, there are two buses, and there are more buses in summer). In the past about 3 hours, there will be police officers on the road to check the guard. The boss is also nice, you can eat in the hotel, it’s the boss’s own hands. The only disadvantage is that the soundproofing is too bad, the sound of running water, fart, and listening to singing are unbearable.
