The hotel's location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the subway station. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The housekeeping service was really on point; I accidentally spilled water all over the floor one night, and housekeeping came to clean it up in no time. The breakfast also had a great variety. If I weren't specifically looking to stay closer to Red Square, this location would have been perfect.

I was on a business trip to Russia and this hotel was conveniently located near the exhibition center. There's a supermarket and a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, which covered all my basic shopping and dining needs. The surroundings were quiet, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room promptly. It's a great value-for-money four-star hotel.

We were very pleased. Check-in and Service From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive. Room The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies. Spa and Pool A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime. Birthday Surprise Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out. Atmosphere and Location The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance. We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.

Was this an upgraded room, or are they all like this? It was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom's fixtures looked a bit dated, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was really soft, so if you have back issues, be mindful of that – I ended up putting a towel under me. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service was also excellent; they proactively helped with luggage and were very friendly. The front desk staff spoke fluent English.

This is a chain hotel, so the service is standard. When you arrive, you first fill out a paper registration form at the counter. Your proof of stay will be provided when you check out. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend speaking with the front desk the day before. There's a mall, a supermarket, and a subway station directly across the street, making it very convenient for getting around, sightseeing, finding food, or shopping. It's also easy for taxis to find the location.

The beautiful hotel especially enjoyed the location - next to the Nagatinskaya embankment - there is all the transport availability including the river , with pleasure to ride - tram and subway nearby everything is convenient, Excellent WiFi is not required to connect VPN - there is free coffee on the receptacle . I liked the location very much .

First time here on a business trip. The hotel's location is actually pretty good, close to the subway, though it's a few minutes' walk. The mattress was too soft for my liking – standard for Europe, but I personally prefer a firmer mattress. There's a small kitchenette, which is handy since there aren't many dining options nearby. It's easier to just grab something from the convenience store downstairs and cook breakfast myself.

Late comments, convenient location, cost-effective, the boss is our Chinese people work in Moscow, thank you very much for meeting him, we are from Murmansk back to Moscow, thinking about living near the airport to buy something to bring back home. The boss is really good, We did not apply for a bank card in Russia. The RMB exchange in Russia did not change much. Our cash rubles were not enough. The same boss did not have much cash. He changed all rubles with us. If I come back next time, I will definitely choose this one.
