The boss Chris is really nice and considerate. Knowing that we have two children, he not only upgraded our room type for free, but also added an extra bed, so that the family can live comfortably and at ease. Thank you so much! The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the sea, sky and green plants intertwined with each other, with a full sense of layering. Every night, we like to sit on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze, and admiring the bright night sky. It is very comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provides free airport pick-up and shuttle services for guests who stay for 3 consecutive nights, which makes people convenient, save money and worry-free! I also booked car rental, skydiving, and flying planes with the help of Chris. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, and it makes people feel especially at ease! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

The B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large. The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos. Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier.

This hotel is opened by Koreans. The whole hotel is full of Koreans, not many Chinese. There is no Chinese service at the front desk. Maybe the hotel is a little old. The room smells a bit musty, and the facilities are a bit old. The buffet restaurant in the morning is also full of Koreans. Koreans know everything. Haha... Because I didn't do any research, I directly booked this hotel for three nights. Later, I changed to Holiday Crowne Plaza and I really regretted booking here... Hahahaha, maybe it's the damage of comparison,

The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time.

The location is a bit disappointing. It's close to the airport, but you have to take a taxi or pick up, and you have to take a taxi every time to get to the city. All rooms have an ocean view, so the view is great! The bedding is soft, and the pool was nice. However, during my stay, the air conditioner suddenly broke down and made a loud noise, and the bathroom was a bit disappointing. The water kept coming and going. Fortunately, the air conditioner was repaired right away, and the staff was really kind.

The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.

I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day.
