A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room is clean. The pool is clean. There's a large supermarket nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. I recommend the price and quality.👍

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always available to assist with any requests. The convenient location also made exploring nearby restaurants and landmarks much easier. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a great combination of comfort, hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The reviews and photos are very consistent, and since the night bus arrived super early, I could relax by the pool. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, and the taste was decent. The service attitude was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The downside is that you can't shower after checking out. It's about 2 km from the lively night market, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk to get around.

We chose this hotel for a few hours to rest before our journey. The room was good and quite clean. We were given water immediately upon arrival, and there was also bottled water in the room. Our child even managed to swim in the warm pool on the 4th floor. The biggest drawback was the lack of hot water in the room; we had to shower with cool water. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. We didn't try breakfast as we checked out on the evening of our arrival. Overall, it was satisfactory for the very minimal price. Just lovely. The room was spacious, clean, an amazing double ended huge bathtub, as well as a lovely hot shower. Staff were so friendly, and helpful. I messed up the booking but they were really understanding and done everything they could to accommodate us. The garden is super cute with beautiful plants and a pool, but the pool spent get much sun so was sadly too cold to swim in. It’s situation just down the road to one of the street markets and about ten mins walk from pub street so a great location. Would definitely book again. Siem reap was a really pleasure

Stunning hotel! The rooms are very lovely and with a comfortable bed! The service from the staff is faultless and so welcoming & friendly! They couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast is exceptional! Best breakfast choice on my trip! And the lovely lady who served us each morning was amazing at her job! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our first impression of the hotel was great - we arrived at 10:30am after a long flight from London, assuming we would have to wait a while to check in. However, the check-in staff told us there were rooms available and let us check in early - great service that continued throughout our stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The service was incredibly attentive, and all the staff were very polite. The environment is peaceful, yet it's still very close to Pub Street. The rooms were spotless, and the daily breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here! Siem Reap really left a lasting impression on me!
