The hotel is relatively new, and the environment, accommodation, and service attitude are all quite good. However, there isn't a direct path to the hotel; you have to walk through a building that looks like an unfinished parking garage to get there, which makes it a bit inconvenient for exploring the surroundings on foot.

Good for families, especially with kids—they have a Kidzone, which is a nice bonus. The place has a great vacation vibe, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it’s not very stroller-friendly since there are many stairs and no ramps, which can also be challenging for seniors. The food was good, and we appreciated that they changed some of the menu daily, which kept meals interesting. Overall, it’s still a nice place to stay. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

The hotel is located in Camp John Hay, a private, peaceful, and well-guarded community. Although the room is somewhat old, it is very clean and offers a great view from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good choice for those visiting Baguio.

Nice place, very convenient and approachable staff. The room is big enough for us though the water is not that malakas but still ok,. The food is just ok ☺️ but still can recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

The place is cozy and homey. I wished however they check the showers if they are working properly. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Other than the concern with the shower it is a very lovely place to stay while in Baguio.

The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality.
