An Unforgettable Stay Thanks to Farhana, Our Exceptional Personal Butler I recently stayed at Atlantis Sanya for a special wedding anniversary trip, and I cannot praise our personal butler, Farhana, enough for making it an extraordinary experience. From start to finish, her attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtfulness elevated our stay to a level beyond our expectations. Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. She even confirmed our expected arrival time to streamline the check-in process, showcasing her professionalism and care. Upon arrival, Farhana greeted us warmly and escorted us to a breathtaking Ocean View Suite, thoughtfully upgraded to enhance our stay. The room was pristine, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view that took our breath away. To our delight, Farhana had arranged romantic decorations, a fresh fruit platter, and a beautifully crafted anniversary cake, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. On our second day, Farhana went above and beyond by securing us the best table at Ossiana Restaurant, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the aquarium just steps away. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to returning to Atlantis Sanya and requesting Farhana’s services again. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the hotel to friends, family, and anyone seeking a remarkable stay. If I could give 100 stars, I would—Farhana deserves every one of them! Cleanliness - 5/5 - Room and hotel was clea.n Location - 3/5 - The hotel is located on a beautiful beach which is really nice, but it is located quite far away from shops and restaurants. This was perfect for what we wanted just for one night but for a longer stay it would require taking a taxi to other destinations. Service - 4/5 - Service was good but the reception was very crowded and had to queue. Staff were friendly but we had to wait for our room past the check -in time. Amenities - 4/5 - There are some free things included with the room which are really nice, like the live performances, but most things cost extra and are quite expensive. We really enjoyed the pool concert which was included for free.

Facilities: Facilities and equipment are very good, the room is large Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, but there is no place to dry clothes Environment: The environment is very beautiful Service: The service attitude is super good,  I hope that the hotel's cleaning aunt will ring the doorbell when the door is opened next time, so we are all embarrassed.

The ambiance was elegant, and my room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start my day. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transport. The hotel facilities and pool, were top-notch. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. I can't wait to return!

The hotel premises are impeccably clean, with a lovely swimming pool. It has a spacious kids' play area and various daily activities for children. Pricing is reasonable, and it’s right in front of a vibrant food street—Russian visitors are common here and in the hotel. Notably, the hotel offers a dedicated WeChat service for foreigners to assist with queries. Additionally, ”Holly' staff member, provided outstanding personal service: offering gifts, guiding us on nearby attractions, helping book helicopter tours, and presenting us with a beautiful gift. Overall, the stay was excellent.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which was my favorite part of the stay. I spent a lot of time in the pool, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, though not very modern. That didn’t bother me much, as I was either in the pool or the ocean most of the time. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell after using the shower or toilet, and the bathtub was old and drained water slowly. There is no self-service laundry :-( Airport pickup was available and very convenient. As soon as you exit the arrivals area, you just cross the street and walk for about 2–3 minutes to a designated waiting area where the van picks you up. The airport staff was very nice and they helped me get to the waiting area.

We simply loved it. We came for a second time and felt like home. Service is great and staff are just so nice, standards are up to a five star hotel. They do great program for and caretaking of the kids as well and there’s always stuff to do days go by so fast. I really want to come back.

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.

We spent our 10-day vacation at The Westin on Hainan Island. A very nice hotel with a great hotel complex. The hotel is beautifully located. The ocean and its great beach are just a few minutes' walk away, or you can also take the shuttle. The room was very spacious, very tidy, and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly. Damon introduced himself to us upon arrival at the hotel. I was able to contact Damon at any time; no matter what questions or concerns I had, he took care of everything. Many thanks again to Damon. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at The Westin. While the service was a bit subpar in earlier years, it has significantly improved recently, especially with the introduction of a personal butler service. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I later realized they were genuinely effective at resolving issues. From check-in to room changes, various other services, check-out, and even handling the mailing of forgotten items – their service was truly comprehensive and excellent. A special thank you to our butler, Mei Li. Moreover, despite a recent typhoon, the hotel recovered very quickly. For years, we've consistently dined at Caifeng Pavilion. This year, the food was not only delicious with a rich variety but also came in larger portions. It's truly dependable. However, the arcade remains a letdown. I really miss the days when you could easily win dozens of plush toys. Is it really too much to expect dozens of plush toys after spending 800-900 [currency]? I just can't understand their logic. Furthermore, I'm baffled by whoever decided on the coin system this year. Three or five coins per game would be understandable, but ten coins per game is definitely excessive. Someone needs to look into who came up with this idea – do they think coins are free? Lastly, while changing the key card to a wristband is a convenient idea, an adjustable or elastic one would be much better, as the current one is uncomfortable to wear. Additionally, the access point (card reader) is too close to the door frame, which makes it awkward to open the door.
