Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.

I recently stayed at **Escala Tagaytay**, and it was a **wonderful experience overall**. The hotel’s location is one of its best features, offering **breathtaking views of Taal Lake** and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms were **spacious, clean, and well-designed**, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The **infinity pool overlooking the lake** was a definite highlight, making for a scenic and peaceful escape. The hotel grounds were also well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. Service was generally **good**, with the staff being polite and accommodating. However, during peak times, there were slight delays in requests, but nothing too inconvenient. The **breakfast selection was decent**, though it could use a bit more variety. Overall, **Escala Tagaytay is a great choice** for those looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful, relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Tagaytay, especially for couples or families looking for a peaceful retreat.

It's a nice place to stay, with clean rooms and bathrooms, and helpful staff. It is located close to the highway, so there's some noise, but overall, it's a nice place to stay for a stopover during a long trip. I would book it again next time.

The location is really convinient. Just a few step from mall and terminal, theres a 24hr convinient store nearby. You must bring your own water when i try to order for room service it's not available 😂 athe vault is not working and kinda confussing that you need to leave the key to the reception when you want to go somewhere, don't expect too much for 20$ hotel. But if you just want to have a place to sleep and convinient are, this is already a good one.

This hotel in the industrial area cannot take taxis or grabs. The Japanese restaurant next to it is delicious. The room is big and the breakfast is simple. The attitude of the service staff is very good.

We've enjoyed their amenities, we didnt expect the beautiful white sand beach and the huge pool as it is well maintained. The room is quite huge as well. however, they should maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings as theres a lot of flies in the lobby and inside the restaurant which is quite disturbing for us while we are eating our breakfast. Hoping that this concern will be addressed properly. So far, we have enjoyed our stay despite the flies roaming around the building.

IilahayesI recently had the pleasure of staying at Timberland Heights Resort, and overall, it was a lovely trip. The resort offers a similar atmosphere to Shangri-La Boracay, though naturally not at the same level of luxury and elegance. However, it provides a great vacation experience, perfect for stays of at least two nights to fully enjoy activities like the Outdoor Cinema, Bonfire with S’mores, and swimming in the infinity pool with its stunning views of both the city and nature. It’s a place I would return to and recommend to friends. That said, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. First, attention to cleanliness could be improved, specifically with the coffee mugs and kettle in the room. Ours had hardened residue, particularly around the mouth area of the kettle. Fortunately, the Manager promptly addressed the issue by replacing the mugs, glasses, and providing us with a new kettle, which was much appreciated. Additionally, I’d like to bring up a concern regarding the swimming pool. My son has swum in numerous pools both locally and internationally, and this was the only time he experienced an allergic reaction. We initially thought his fever was related to a cold, but on our last day, he developed rashes, which we later learned were due to an allergic reaction. The rash began on his neck and spread to his shoulders, chest, back, and limbs. After visiting his pediatrician and undergoing lab tests, it was confirmed as an allergic reaction. We suspect that it may be related to the chemicals used for pool maintenance, as this was the only pool that triggered such a reaction after over 20 others. While this was an isolated incident, I think it would be worth the management’s attention to review the chemicals used in the pool to ensure they’re safe for all guests. This would help to avoid any similar experiences for future visitors, especially those with sensitive skin. I truly hope to return and celebrate future occasions at Timberland Heights Resort, and with a few adjustments, I’m sure it can continue to offer even better experiences for all its guests.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Thank you for the wonderful experience we will surely recommend you to our friends.

CChristian7/10. Would have been an 8 but major letdown was the hard bed at banaba deluxe rooms PROS - serene and peaceful place with lots of nature - lots of pools and free activities - service is topnotch, they make u feel like a VIP - very large room (banaba deluxe) - not so far away from metro manila (2-3hrs only) CONS - food is expensive and no beef/pork. Dont stay here if ur looking for a gastronomic treat. Yes the place is abt wellness, but i think u can still achieve that with a wide variety of food choices with all meats to cater for diff people - bed was HARD. Not even firm, HARD. After a day of activities u want a relaxing bed to sleep but sadly bed was hard at banaba deluxe rooms - massage is so expensive, like 8k pesos and above - they get a 10k deposit upon checkin, charge ur card right away but when u ask for refund slip upon checkout they say they dont have, wait for email. Its so easy to reverse and refund on the terminal.

LLizTripThe location is great. You just have to select a rented property carefully. Ours looks like a bodega malayo sa picture Ng room na ni booked namin 😂 we are on our anniversary trip just my husband and I. The room is huge pero Hindi maayos, a spare bed on a side, two broken TV's under the table, a center table on the countertop.all in all parang inayusang bodega, Hindi matawagan ang agent wala kaming ma present na authorisation, buti na Lang to the rescue is ate guard 😂😂😂 anyway all charged to experience.

PPC036We took bus to Bantagas then transferred by Jeepny and motorbike. There’s a long way stairs down to the room and lobby. The view was awesome and the staff were nice. Of course the room is clean and has a beautiful balcony. Free snorkeling but if have to rent a shoes if you need, 150 pesos for one pair. You might need to wait some time if you order in the restaurant. However the food there were all delicious.
