SStay Eat RepeatEverything okay but just to remind there no aircond just fan but the resort is pretty. The view from the room worth every penny. The highlight is the sunrise because the sunset is the other side of the island.

AAnonymous UserGassania Hostel was the best accommodation I have been stayed in Banda Aceh during my holiday. The place was so clean and tidy. The staffs named Rahmat and Nisa were very friendly. There was no lift but Rahmat helped to carry my bags to my room on the first floor during check in and check out. The room is comfortable enough and fulfill everything that I need as solo traveller. Eventho, there was no tv but the wifi was fast. The toilet was spotless, the water pressure for shower was good and the air freshener inside the toilet smelled so nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep and the AC worked well. The only downside was the room does not have good soundproofing. You can hear other guests talked and open/ close the door loudly. The location of this hostel was very quiet and a bit dark during night time. Overall, a very good place to stay and I am so satisfied. Will stay here again whenever I am back in Banda Aceh. Recommended!

TTab248The large window in the room offered a fantastic view all the way to the mountains behind the city, which made for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, and I appreciated being able to take my time enjoying it. The simple bidet in the room's toilet was also a nice and very convenient touch. Located right in the city center, and with attentive service and well-maintained facilities, it was a truly excellent stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

GGuest UserEverything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

LLeon20771. No strange odors or disinfectant smells in the room or hallway. 2. The bedding was neat and clean. 3. Air conditioning, minibar, hot water supply, and TV were all functional. The hairdryer overheated and cut out. 4. The breakfast buffet offered both Western and Indonesian options, but the drinks were incredibly sweet. 5. Location: 15 minutes from Ulee Lheue and 30 minutes from the airport.
