The room was a little on the small side. It featured a tatami-style bed, which made for quite a novel and enjoyable sleeping experience. The location is excellent, very close to Chinatown, with plenty of food options nearby.

Our quad room had spacious beds. The hotel's location was convenient, with many attractions just a 20-minute walk away. Nagasaki Station was easily accessible by bus. However, one evening, after bus service had ended, we walked back from the train station to the hotel, which took about 35 minutes, but it was manageable.

I traveled with my parents and booked a double room. It was significantly smaller compared to a twin room, which is typical for hotels in Japan. The onsen was comfortable, and breakfast offered a good spread, though the menu was a bit repetitive. On the third floor, they provided complimentary tea, coffee, ice cream, and Yakult, along with shoyu ramen in the evenings. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus stop. Tickets for the airport bus can be purchased at the airport's ticket counter (to be presented upon alighting), or you can simply pay with your Suica card. I've also attached the airport bus schedule for those who might find it useful.

I visited with my family for the first time in 6 years, and the view from the room, the food, the service, are all the best hotels. I'm looking forward to staying again next time.

Better than Santorini. You can overlook Kujukushima and Saikai National Park. The pool view is dreamy. The best hot spring. Shuttle service from Sasebo Station every hour until late at night. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel room has a small veranda.

This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

Stayed two nights in Hilton Nagasaki. Nice layout, comfortable sheets, awesome hot showers and good amenities offered. Hotel room is well soundproofed. Will be happy to rebook the hotel when visiting Nagasaki in the future. For first time visitors, recommend to access second storey directly via the overhead bridge from Nagasaki station for greater convenience.

Highly recommend Sasebo Paradise Garden Hotel The front desk clerk is friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. I live in the new building, so the room is very new and bright. There are public hot springs, bowling, golf and other facilities; and my favorite strawberries, so big, so big and fresh strawberries, there are also special discounts for hotel guests. The location seems far away, but you can check the bus online, and you can get on and off the bus in Sasebo, which is convenient. If I have the opportunity to return to Kyushu, I will plan my trip to stay and play in the hotel again.

GGuest UserAdvantages: There is a shuttle bus, there are not many restaurants around the hotel, and there are many options for taking the shuttle bus to the port to eat. It's just a few steps away from the 99 Island ferry. Disadvantages: Most of the breakfast is cold food, there are not many choices, and the taste is very average. The hygiene was very poor. There were hairs on the toilet seat, so I had to disinfect it with alcohol pads and put on a toilet sanitary pad. There are also hairs on the bathroom floor. When staying in a hotel in Japan, I rarely use the WeiLi washing machine provided in the room. I only know that few hotels will disinfect it. When I opened the seat cushion cover, the rinse head of the WeiLi washing machine stuck out. It was so dirty that it made me sick. Seriously affect your mood. I booked a room that said I could see the sea, but I couldn't see it at all. . . I don’t want to talk anymore. Will not be returning.

MM9025The environment is so good, the sulfur hot springs here♨️are definitely real hot springs♨️! The hotel is located in Unzen City, which is a resort for Kyushu people. The Unzen Hell Scenic Area is right next to the main road. It is very large and feels more shocking than the Hell Valley in Hakone. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are gorgeous, but to be honest, the meat is a bit thin. The open-air bath and large bath are both good, especially the open-air bath facing the forest landscape and open for a long time. The best thing is the service. Although some service staff don't speak English very well, they are very enthusiastic. Knowing that we didn't drive by ourselves, they sent us to another city a hundred kilometers away in a commercial vehicle. In fact, the transportation of the hotel itself is also very convenient. If you come from Shimabara, you can arrive directly at the hotel door. If you come from Isahaya or Nagasaki, the bus will go to the city center and you need to transfer or walk to the hotel in about 15 minutes. The only drawback is that the room does not have a bathroom, which is more like a traditional Japanese hotel.
