Very cost-effective hotel
Facilities: The hotel is very new. It is a converted hotel from a small building. It has everything you need in a restaurant and parking lot.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very good and the cleaning is very clean.
Environment: About 100m from the seaside, very close to the port, beautiful scenery, perfect location, not very noisy. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Kotor and surrounding attractions.
Service: The food is excellent, with a unique mix of Italian and Slavic cuisine. The service staff are also very friendly.
Отличное расположение, не такой уж и крутой подъем. Все чистенько и аккуратно, убирают каждый день.
В номере есть все необходимое, все в исправном состоянии. Хозяйка помогает с любым вопросом. Организуют трансфер из аэропорта по удобной цене, если заранее запросите.

Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.
The hotel is very close to the sea, a 1-minute walk, you can go to the sea at any time. The sea is not a sandy beach, but pebbles, and it is crystal clear. Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides.
But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day?
The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade?
In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good?
Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices.
WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G.
Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.

GGuest UserWe are very used to stay in Hyatt Regency but this Hyatt was absolutely below my expectations. I would rate this as a 4 star hotel.
1. Our room was so far away and the flow did not make sense. We stayed in room 016 and 019. To the reception/reception it takes 5 minutes, 1 stair up and to the beach 10 minutes walk. Also the lift did not work even asking several times. rooms looked good, and clean.
2. You need to pay additional 20 euro for room service ?!?!?
3. For kids there is NOTHING extra. no toys, no kids club
4. 35 euro rent for the surf board. crazy
5. you need to get your towels with a card and return to get the towel card back. REALLY?????
6. no bath
7. food is ok. nothing special
8. coffee at breakfast is horrific
9. you need to get your own water at breakfast. Nothing served on the table even no glasses on the table.
10. staff; some are SUPER nice. some are totally not engaged.
11. the Pool is SUPER slippery. in the US they would have been suited. People really fall hard, sitting ate the pool for 2 hours at least 5 persons slipt. The tiles are so slippery how can they make this in a pool? It's mind blowing. So dangerous.
I would not recommend this hotel for the price we have paid.

TTopnastBeautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

SSatiriadisДа, это новый отель. Всё новое, никем не тронутое. Большая удобная кровать с хорошим бельем. В номере есть все что, нужно, он просторный, есть французский балкон. Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе.
Но!
Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.
