On arrival at the Hotel was a total put off . Firstly the young receptionist couldn't find our reservation, then requested proof of confirmation through emails sent by trip. Then requested proof of identification either a passport or drivers licence. Then asked if she could take a photocopy of my drivers licence which I agreed , but should have said no as I now would like to know what's going to happen to this information. The room was nice bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely young friendly welcoming staff.
Excellent place to stay. Food, accommodation and staff first class. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff are great tour guides as well as doing their duties. Only one thing we would recommend is that a sign be erected 300 to 400 meters each side of the hotel to let you know you are approaching one of the best hotels in Donegal
We had a lovely stay, our room had a beautiful view and it was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and everything was delicious and we had breakfast the next morning to our room and it was hot and delicious. We had a great stay and we have to say to was must better than some other places that have 5 stars for guests.

A centuries-old castle hotel located on Ireland's beautiful western coast, west of Donegal, next to Northern Ireland. Enjoy the warm and happy time of the whole family vacation.
A very average hotel, a hotel is not a hotel, the surrounding environment is OK, the overall feeling is very average. But to Donegal or choose Mill Park Hotel, cost-effective.
When driving on the beautiful rural road, you will see the exquisite small houses, woodhill is a family hotel that is invisible even on the road, driving deep into the forested path to reach, you need to prepare signals and psychology; But after arriving, you will find that you want to experience the countryside of Ireland to come to woodhill. John is a sincere grandfather who has stayed in Hong Kong with eleven grandchildren. It is very interesting to chat with him. The night is really quiet and rare to stay away from the lights.

Great
GGuest UserI choose Radisson because I was previously their happy customer elsewhere.
This time, when I arrived after a long car drive, I was initially disappointed for the location (noisy ?) and the external appearance (small ?).
It turned out I was wrong (don’t judge the book from the cover…): the hotel had just been fully refurbished, with clean, quite and modern rooms full of all the necessary amenities (I chose a superior one). Good Wi-Fi.
The hotel was fully booked but the staff - obviously very well trained - properly managed the situation. I never had a sensation of distress anyhow.
Good and varied breakfast.
I also had the chance to use their restaurant, good meals, reasonable prices, no issues.
Definitely recommended, I will come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel is starting to look tired in respect to decoration in some areas. The photos on the wall look good.
The venue appears to facilitate weddings, and the view from the reception room is good. however this appears to be the best feature.
The main concern is silver fish in the bedroom. When we spoke to staff offered another room however at 2:30 am no realistic. When I spoke with reception in the morning there was a blase stating that it is a water front hotel. breakfast was adequate how hot food not as good as cold selection.

JJinling95The staff were all lovely and helpful.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but everything is to a high standard.
Only problem is that check in is quite late but check out is early
