The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

This is the best traveler accommodation you can find in Zhangye. Rooms and dorms are sparkling clean, and so are the common toilets, cleaned several times daily as I observed. The showers are on the upper floors, and this could be really the only drawback if one comes when it's cold. Otherwise, the atmosphere is great - plenty of Chinese and international travelers to share evenings and meals, and they organize affordable tours to the Danxia scenic area and also Mati si and Jingta temples. We took one and were very happy with the driver and the service and made the best out of our day in Zhangye. Book without exitation!

You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

Strategically located to stage to places of interest: like Dunhuang spring crescent n also Mogao Grottoes. Within 20minutes. Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

The location is just 2 traffic lights away from the West Station High-speed Railway. But the navigation system told me to go around the back of the hotel when I got out of the station, and then I had to pull my suitcase to find the main entrance of the hotel. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, so it is very convenient to eat. Many rooms have separate wet and dry areas. The disadvantages are breakfast, which is too far from the hotel room rate. Is it to control costs? There is no coffee machine, so I put instant coffee😭😭😭😭First time seeing it There is only one kind of sauerkraut noodles in the northwest. The only meat dish is a chicken nugget. And a sausage wrapped in egg, and I even ate the egg shell. There are too many hotels around the West Station of the High-speed Railway. This room rate is too price-performance ratio.

Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). Very clean hostel and surprisingly quiet, I had very good night sleep without any need of earplugs. Great location within walking distance of city centre, XiGuan and the famous Zhongshan Bridge is just a stone's throw away. Would definitely go back to stay if I'm back to Lanzhou again.

The room was nice, with a light aromatherapy smell. Maybe because it was a special offer room, the area was relatively small, but it was sufficient. Drinking water was provided free of charge. We were given four bottles of water on the first day, and five bottles on the second day. There was also hot tea at the entrance. The waiter in the lobby did not take the initiative to provide face coverings. It was when I went out the next day that I remembered to ask the front desk for it. There is a place to dry clothes on the fifth floor. I brushed my child’s shoes and put them on the fifth floor. They were dry in one day. It is very close to the night market, but I don’t like the environment of the night market. The prices are also expensive and there are only tourists from other places. The next day, I found a restaurant that the locals liked on the Internet and went there to eat braised pancakes. Next to Lanzhou West Railway Station, 7 Days Hotel really caught my eye! 🏨The hotel is very close to the high-speed railway station and can be reached on foot, which is really convenient for me who is in a hurry to catch the train. 🚄 The check-in experience is even more surprising. The service is super good. From check-in to check-out, every link is meticulous, which makes me feel the warmth of home. 💖 And the room is also very clean and comfortable, so people can rest assured. 訂的親子房，在頂層16樓，房間有異味，沒有房間電話，燈光很暗，中央空調聲音很響，入住時只有兩套毛巾和浴巾，我電梯下到一樓去前台要的，只有一張房卡，三個人很不方便，早餐券沒有放在房卡離，又一次從6樓餐廳到1樓前台，早飯很難吃，就只有菜粥小米粥加四五個醬菜，乾的只有沒味道的饅頭和雞蛋，有玉米和紅薯，都是乾巴巴的，龍蝦片回潮了，還有麪條，但是生的，我們也沒要，不知道是自己動手還是服務員動手，也沒看到其他住客要，餐廳地方有點小，是員工食堂，還不如不要早餐外面吃，邊上和斜對角都有拉麪店，離地鐵和火車站特別近，步行就行

The three most important things when staying in a hotel are: cleanliness, quietness and a good shower. Decoration is just the icing on the cake, these three points must be met. But the hotel I stayed in was only clean. The soundproofing is so poor that I can hear my neighbors watching TV and talking clearly. Even worse was the toilet problem. I could hear the neighbor flushing his toilet, but the smart toilet in my own room flushed automatically in the middle of the night when no one was using it, like a **. When checking out, I met a lady who was also complaining to the waiter about this, saying that she couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. Speaking of showering, I've been staying in hotels for more than ten years and travel on business more than ten times a year, and I've never encountered such a bad one. The amount of hot water is very small and the water temperature is not high enough, so I can't wash at all. Also, the window in my room is still broken and can't be closed. It was a very cold day, and the cold wind kept blowing into the house, making it difficult to sleep at night. I really wonder why this hotel is rated so highly. The hotel is generally the same, but the location is OK, very close to Lanzhou West Station, because it is necessary to go back and forth to Lanzhou West Station to the airport, so this hotel is a good choice. The Provincial Museum is within 3km.

Super convenient location when arriving late at the airport. Both as a overnight flight stay, and also before going to Lanzhou city! They have free airport shuttle! (In the mornings anyways). Which I managed to catch. Otherwise it is walkable to the airport at just 1 kilometer from the airport!

I have travelled a lot in China the last 5 years. This is probably one of the best hotels I have been. Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very nice staff. Have everything you need in the room. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, much more comfortable than Westin's Heavenly King Koil and I don't know how many times more comfortable than Beaute's. When I asked where the bedding was bought when I left, the hotel replied that the boss ordered it from abroad. Moreover, when we found that the two rooms in the suite we booked had no doors that could be closed and wanted to discuss changing rooms, the clerk directly sent us another one... I really recommend it. It's a very down-to-earth hotel. I really recommend it for travel!

Everyone will smile at you and ask what they can help you when we stay there. The location is brilliant too. It is like 1000 meters away from Ming Sha mountain, and you can actually see the sand mountain when you have breakfast at the hotel (it is free too). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dun Huang next time.

The hardware is a bit simple and the elevator is a bit slow, but the hygiene is good, the linens are up to standard, and the shower water volume is particularly large. Breakfast was also ok. The decoration still has a bit of smell. My companions are quite sensitive and felt discomfort in their eyes and throats. Later we changed to a shady room where it was not so hot and the smell was not so obvious. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective.
