Stayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance.
The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary.
Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived!
Would stay here again.
Nice room with amazing kitchenette built in a wardrobe only thing could leave more milk in the room as long way to reception def stay again this is second time of staying the lady on reception was very nice
It was a place I made an urgent reservation for at night because my flight was canceled, but it was easy to use and the room was warm and nice. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room was also very spacious.
The rooms are decent. The design is quite a bit old but it is functional and clean. AC is cold, that's a plus. Hair drier is a plus!! For me, that is!😅 What's amazing is the service is excellent. The staff were so nice! And kids under 12 eat for free (buffet)..no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed our stay here for an affordable price!
Thanks Jakub and Aliston for great check in experience! The hotel was very clean and well maintained! Easy drive, Quiet and comfortable! Highly recommended !
All was ok.
But nothing more.
Sheets were clean, bathroom too.
Surfaces in the room could have used a bit more attention.
The bed's mattress was ok, the pullout sofa or couch was very uncomfortable even for the weight of a child.
The windows do not protect the room from outside noises.
All of the staff was very nice and beyond helpful.
Good solid hilton hotel located near LHR T5.
Airport hoppa bus service provides a direct link from airport to hotel for a charge.
Excellent full English breakfast is great value if you pre purchase at the front desk upon check in (£12). Note similar hotels within the LHR area are charging £20+.
Enjoy your stay!
It is very convenient to go to Windsor Castle or the airport the next day. You need to write your nationality and name for check-in. This is a strange request I haven't heard of in the UK for many years. Buy 9.9 pounds of breakfast to show your ID to pay cash. But you can pay cash directly in the restaurant the next day. It didn’t feel good, but the room was comfortable.
The hotel floor is not high, the room is still big, we are on the 3rd floor, but the room has a musty smell because the window is sealed. The front desk was very polite, saw children, and gave lollipop chocolate. Close to Heathrow, I met a lot of air stewardesses. Seeing the familiarity of the front desk, it was fixed. But it is not convenient to eat around. The hotel's own restaurant is very good. The front desk took the initiative to give the card and can get a 30% discount. If you go back to the city to catch a plane, it is recommended
SSajadahFiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.
MManinoWell on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order. Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this
RRajni MahzabinAdequate hotel for the price.
Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable.
Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.
AAnonymous UserPerfect for me as it’s right across from the office but probably not so great if you wanted to be in the city centre although it’s only an £8 taxi ride or £2 bus ride. Opposite a Beefeater which was handy but I would prefer an on-site bar and restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable on check-in to be asked if I was a smoker (I’m not) and if anyone would be joining me later 😳. Didn’t like the bed being made up with sheets, blanket and counter pane as it’s quite uncomfortable particularly on one of the hottest days of the year although the mobile air conditioning unit helped (first time I’ve had sheets and blankets for over 30 years since the day I got married despite extensive business (weekly) and leisure travel (4-6 times a year)). Hotel was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. A bottle of water would have been a welcome addition to the room particularly in such hot weather. Not sure who to recommend the hotel to as it’s neither a corporate hotel with all the amenities or a home from home. Breakfast was on offer for an additional £15 and I decided to wait until I checked in to see. As I wanted to be in the office for 8am and there was no menu available, times of service or visibility of a dining room, other facilities or even other guests, I decided it may be too intimate and opted for a cold sandwich I had stored in the office fridge ‘just in case’. Was similarly priced to the executive room I had in the Novotel last week which had a full buffet breakfast included.

GGuest UserHave stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation.
One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.
CCaroline AnneReturn visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)
