I sometimes travel into the area for work and l realise this hotel is back up and running again which is fantastic due to the refurbishment they had the new refurbishment is brilliant. The rooms are lovely and I got a good nights sleep also the night staff are brilliant and very helpful.
Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again
Nice location the room suitable for a small family with a lounge. A great service breakfast, professional, hospitality, and friendly staff. I am a business traveler

I emailed the hotel direct a week before arrival asking for a quiet room away from the lifts. On check in we found our room opposite the lift. Spoke to reception who said they hadn’t received the email but swiftly changed our room which was much appreciated.
The room was clean and comfortable. Obviously the hotel is very old so the floorboards were on a slant and creaked which meant you could hear the people above moving around.
Location is central to everything you would need.
We were staying to go to an event at the arena and it was a perfect choice for us.

The washer tabs do not provide a non-slip mat in the shower room. We requested to buy one since we will be staying for three days, but they denied our request due to risk concerns. Instead, they offered a towel to place inside the shower.
Even so, they should be able to provide non-slip
strips!
Secondly, the elevator to the G floor lift lobby is not convenient for elderly or accessible individuals, as it requires stepping up a staircase.,
The Station Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Worksop will find that the Station Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. From the hotel, Worksop is just 200m away. There's plenty to do nearby, with Kids Zone (Notts) Ltd, St John's Church, Worksop and Stanley Street Sports & Social Club all within a short distance. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests of this Worksop hotel can make use of the parking facilities.
Big free carpark which is good. Breakfast staff are especially friendly.
First night was given with a room with malfunction air conditioner - hot and humid and cannot sleep well. Second night after negotiation was given a good room.
Very hard to believe a Marriot hotel could give a room to customer with malfunction A/C without any notice or apology in summer time!
Very Good

CChie HongWhile the hotel is a bit old, it still provides a fairly comfortable stay. The rooms, though somewhat dated and small, are clean and functional, offering the basic amenities needed for a decent experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is the excellent service from the front desk staff, who are helpful and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome. The location is also a major advantage, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Additionally, there is a casino close to the hotel, which may be appealing to guests looking for entertainment options during their stay. Overall, while the hotel could benefit from some modernization, its location and service make it a reasonable choice.

SSteph__Good budget hotel. Clean but bathroom was a little bit run down. Would have liked a couple of bottles of complimentary water. Otherwise, a great location, staff are friendly. Did try the breakfast as lots of other good options near by.
WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.
AAmyLCWe had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.
GGuest UserJust needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
GGuest UserReally no bottle of water in the room. Room size was good enough. Hot water was good. Reception was nice.
The carpet was too old to be cleaned. Heater was not that efficient that just better than nothing. Room located at different level which you feel get lost in the corridors😅
