Great location to the event we went to the staff were friendly. Good bar area on site and close to supermarket. Only downside was the parking was expensive for two days so would be nice for a hotel deal
Really lovely hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The service received from check-in to checking-out was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room too hot. Asked reception. They said they would turn down the temp from the main office. No windows unfortunately due to location near M40 etc.
fabulous buffet breakfast
Lovely staff

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room.
Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries.
I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all.
Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.
GGuest UserLocation is great. Near the Theatre district, Xscape and a short taxi ride to the Hub. Perfect start to the evening with cocktails in the Fourteen Bar, overlooking the city. Staff all lovely. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, cereal and full English. Room overlooked the park. Beds were very comfortable. Elemis toiletries in the shower. If you park in the multi storey for longer than 9 hours you can get it discounted down to £10.
GGuest UserLovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay at the Mecure Hotel Milton Keynes. The hotel was set in beautiful green surroundings close to a golf course.
The hotel itself had a spacious and welcoming foyer. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who swiftly checked us in and explained where our room was.
We had a very quiet room as requested.
The room itself overlooked the back car park but was surrounded by trees.
The size was very adequate and the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean and the pillows were comfortable too. Coffee tea facilities were good and refillable if required.
However there was no fridge in the room (my only negative)
The bathroom had a rainfall shower and was a good size with shampoo and body wash.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Natalie on reception for going above and beyond with a lovely smile too.
I think the only negative I had was with the breakfast manager who was not so friendly but it was very early lol.
Breakfast: Amazing coffee machine!!! Cooked breakfast and continental with good bread and lots fruit and yoghurts.
Check out was easy too.
All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely return.
Breakfast came with our package and was very nice.
GGuest UserThe hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.
GGuest UserI enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were a few things that let the hotel down. 1)The room was extremely cold and the heater didn’t work so a portable heater was provided but it was an oil one and did nothing for the size of the room. Only remembered it was on when we stood next to it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the cold really affected me. Especially after going swimming. The other thing was there were no plug sockets on the side where the bed is which was truly bizarre to me in 2024. Having a disability and having to constantly get up to chargers my phone and laptop was too much. I do wish to give the hotel another chance before I say never again so I will book and make sure I get a different room and see how it goes.
GGuest UserYou get what you pay for here - we had a triple room and it was a good size, but the bathroom was tiny, the shower was a nightmare to switch on, the toilet leaked and the condensation from the shower was unbelievable. We had no toilet roll when we checked in either so went to ask at the desk, to be told we would get a call which never came. There is also bizarrely a barrier gate at one end to get into the car park (yet the other side is freely accessible) and there was no information regarding the code so we sat at the barrier for ages while one of us went in to ask. The location was fine as long as you're driving to wherever you're going.
WWajid1The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.
NNanalalalala~~~OMG the place was just amazing! We definitely will come back again! Although the hotel was located quite far from city Center, i.e., an hour from Oxford University, half an hour from Bicester, but 15 mins drive from Waitrose, which was good enough for us (chill but enjoy the world class racing cars around). The facilities were new. The staff was friendly ( strongly felt it in the breakfast session), there was own car park just next to the apartment too. Free 15 mins electricity charging outside the reception. Free access to gym and swimming pool… everything just fabulous!
