The room was located too far from the elevators and reception, even though when ordering we checked the box near the elevator. In the breakfast room a young male employee was moving restlessly all the time. However, only a few customers were there. It was quite disturbing. And it surprised me

The host very friendly and the extra finnish breakfast there was worth to try. There was a great trail walk nearby along the lake side.

The hotel is next to a lake, and there is a coffee shop on the second floor by the lake. Finland's front desk service is generally warm The spa is quite big with water slides and the lights are a bit dim, probably a national habit Personally, I prefer to be brighter.

Top location right in the port's cubic, a great view of Saima and fortress. Short walk to the centre of the restaurants and shops. Excellent, diverse breakfast, including special foods well-considered. Clean rooms, friendly service. A strong recommendation!

Just the base, a little sparkled, hotel room. In customer service, a young trainer girl whose service was excellent. The hot car hall paid 15e/yo and it seemed expensive. The first night the hall was still complete. We had a very small rack for our own car. The hotel is located in the top, just in the proximity of the port of Lappeenstrand and the prestigious and historic fortress area.

Huoneen ikkunat tavanomaista korkeammalla ja näissä sälekaihtimet, joita ilman tuolille kiipeämistä ei päässyt säätämän. Yhdessä ikkunassa sälekaihdin niin ettei tätä päässyt vetämään ylös. Joten ikkunasta katselu mahdotonta.. kylpylään menossa saimme suullisen ohjauksen mutta tämän jälkeen oli itse luettava seiniltä toimintaohjeita. Pistorasioiden toimivuus ja sijoittelu maluusopen puolella vähäinen, joutui siirtämään vuodetta jotta pystyi käyttämään yöllä tarvitsemaansa laitetta.
