On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!
Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor.
+Mini club and disco open for kids everyday.
- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it...
- noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!
Overall everything liked. Only settled not in the Resort, but in the Garden. They said your hotel closed, although after I saw the light in the rooms. Deception. It was necessary to spend the weekend in a nearby hotel.

Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate.
The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though.
The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in.
We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room.
Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner.
Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs.
The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
Overall, great location but needs better service.
In June, we booked 6,500 rubles per day for 1 adult + 5-year-old child. I saw a cheaper price here, and then it went up to 10 per day. So you can catch a low price. For such a price, the hotel is super!
They checked us in at 13. We got there for lunch. The beach is sand with pebbles. The food is average. Chicken, potatoes, vegetables can be given to a child.
We went ourselves from Antalya by bus. 80 lira. Bus 07
Yandex maps show a slightly incorrect route from the bus stop. You need to walk a little further. One of the huge minuses is that they smoke everywhere. When they eat, by the pool, on the beach. But this is probably not a question for the hotel 🤷♀️
We didn’t see any children's entertainment during the day. In the evening there was a mini disco for children. But there are slides. My daughter and I rode the blue slide. But I let everyone on all 3. The kids rode the other two. We were scared.
There were a couple of Russians. The rest were from Iran, Turkey, etc. Therefore, the animation for adults was also boring. We went to neighboring hotels. There was a foam party on the beach and European music, not Turkish.
During the day, there was a little action in the pool for adults.
Perhaps the program changes every day. We were only there for 1 night.
The fruits were pears, apples, watermelon, melon
In the rooms, you can see that cosmetic repairs have been made, but you can clearly see how the walls were painted over the old ones.
The location is great! The sea is clean, the beach is large. There is no hotel on the left, so the sea is empty of people, so to speak.
The only formal five-star hotel I booked during this trip. I booked it for one night right away after seeing someone recommend it. I felt the service was good at first. I got the valet parking service as soon as I arrived at the hotel. It was also very convenient to pick up the car, which I could get in about three minutes. There were staff members who helped push the suitcase, but I didn't ask for it in the end because I had to stay in the lobby for a while because of some things. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful, and you can even take the elevator down to the platform on the minus 2 floor, from which you can go directly to the sea. The color of the sea is rich in several colors, which is very beautiful. The next day, there were many kinds of buffet breakfast, but I was treated unpleasantly during the meal. I asked for an omelet, and the waiter said to wait for three minutes. Normally, I would go to get it after three minutes, but I didn't get it after waiting for a few minutes. I pointed to the waiter and asked if it was mine. The waiter answered yes, but the next two were given to others, and I got angry at that time. I also reported this situation to the front desk when I checked out. When guests order, if they have something to do, they will normally remember it first and then do it one by one. Besides, there was only one person in front of them at that time, and he arrived only 10 seconds earlier. The front desk said they would report it to the manager of food & beverage.
We chose a chain hotel, with the appropriate quality of service. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The cost of a taxi to the center is 400 lira, you can get there by tram. A solid 5
Since we were very pleased with our last holiday, we came to Amara Comfort Hotel again this week with a friend. Everything was great again! We were very pleased with the hotel quality, service and atmosphere. Especially the animation team was very successful again. Nazo and Bruno made our holiday unforgettable with their energy and fun activities. The events we attended were both fun and friendly.
The food was very delicious this time and different alternatives were offered at every meal. The staff was always friendly and attentive. The team at the reception helped us in every way. Amara Comfort has become an indispensable holiday destination for us!
English: Because we were so satisfied with our last stay, I returned to Amara Comfort Hotel this week with another friend – and once again, everything was perfect! The hotel continues to impress with its quality, service, and warm atmosphere. The animation team was amazing as always. Nazo and Bruno made our days fun and unforgettable with their high energy and creative activities.
The food was just as delicious as before, with lots of variety at every meal. The staff remained friendly and attentive, and the reception team was always helpful. Amara Comfort has truly become one of our favorite holiday destinations!

One of the cleanest, tidiest, most elegant, and most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. Thank you to all the staff, the receptionists, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff. Thank you all for the wonderful stay and welcome. A picture of the dining area and a picture of the sea view from the hotel.
Great view for the sea, fancy hotel service food with good value. The price is worth the visit, luv the front desk staff too😍

Very Good
GGuest UserEspecially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.
AAnonymous UserNice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.
GGuest UserHotel, food, service, staff was excellent. Only thing for me is that I would’ve liked to have a separate women’s Spa area or Hammam As I was not able to use the facility.
Kkiss5000Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.
GGuest UserCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

YYelena TThe hotel staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel consists of several buildings and it very much depends, where you get the room. The building with the nicest open view to the sea is under renovation now. My “seaview” room was more the palm trees view, as the floor was not high enough. And there was constant noise from the ventilation system in a different building. The doors are not sound isolated, so everything in the corridor is heard very loudly in the room. The room itself is nice and clean, but on the small side.
AAlitemellsThe hotel was clean and luxurious. We liked it very much, even though it was our day job, we were satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive. We checked out half an hour late, they did not mind. It was very comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it.
TTATIANAThe hotel is located in a very convenient place. The rooms after renovation, even the budget ones look decent, clean. The hotel staff is wonderful👍 They solve problems quickly and without conflicts. I really liked the hotel. Not far from the hotel is the old town with beautiful streets. If you go right from the sea, there are a lot of cafes with amazing views, parks. In general, come, you will not regret it.
