The welcome was excellent, and valet parking was available upon arrival at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very well-equipped, with numerous amenities available. The gym is easily accessible and offers a wide selection of machines, allowing for a great workout. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a wonderful stop for me just outside İnegöl, directly on the national road and therefore very convenient for travellers. What made my stay truly special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I was welcomed very warmly, and everyone made a real effort to find a safe place for my bike and also a possibility to charge the batteries. I would especially like to mention Arzo at the reception. She helped me enormously with finding a hotel for my next stop, which was not easy at all because many places were fully booked. She did not give up and finally managed to secure accommodation for me. I was very grateful for that. I also want to thank Esra and Beyza from the reception, who welcomed me so kindly and took such good care of me during my stay. The hotel itself is very comfortable and practical, especially for people travelling by bike, motorcycle or car. For me, it was exactly the right place at the right moment. I can warmly recommend it to other travellers.

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

The room rate went up a lot after I extended my stay. I wouldn't have stayed here if it weren't for the hassle of changing hotels, as it's very inconvenient to get around.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

Просто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.
