Located in the old city, it is very convenient to buy food, eat and travel. The people nearby are very friendly and greet you when they meet. The room facilities are a bit old and the size is moderate. I don't understand why their shower room baffle is only half done. When taking a shower, the water always spills outside. The wash basin has no cover, which is not very convenient for washing clothes. The breakfast is rich, but mostly sweets. Compared with the hotels near the airport, this one is cost-effective. Overall, the price of hotels in Algiers is expensive.

Room cleaning service needs to be reviewed, breakfast seemed very limited, orange juice and fruit quickly ran out, you constantly have to ask for refills! Tables are not cleared to allow other people coming down to find clean tables! A blatant lack of staff!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

It is recommended to wait for them at the gate 4 of the airport. It may be more convenient. The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, and there are more desserts. Another advantage is that you can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad. I ordered lamb chops, grilled chicken, steak, etc., see the picture. There are many service staff in the hotel, and they work in shifts. When you order food, there will be a fat waiter in the restaurant occasionally. He may be a small leader. Très beau séjour en famille dans cet hôtel ! Il est très bien situé, la nourriture est très bonne , petit déjeuner varié ! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel que ce soit: les réceptionnistes de jour et de nuit , les dames qui s’occupent de l’entretien , leila qui nous accueille tous les jours avec le sourire pour le petit déjeuner . Friendly and helpful staff. However, it was a bit noisy for my taste. The pillows stank of sweat. The amenities have seen better days. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is exclusively sweet, and the internet is very good. However, I had a constant headache due to the 5G tower on the roof. 🤯
I had a pigeon nest on the toilet window, which woke me up every day at 4 a.m. They said they would move it somewhere else...but they didn't keep their promise. If you're sensitive to noise and radiation, you should look for another hotel. Otherwise, it was very good for the price.

It has been renovated, the design and decoration of each floor are very beautiful, the environment is very good, the bed is big and new, and the view from the balcony is very good and stylish. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe overall facilities of the hotel are old, with three elevators, but they are very slow, and it takes 5 minutes to wait for the elevator during peak hours.
I felt a strange smell on the first day of check-in, and my colleagues also reported the same problem.
Advantages: There is a regular airport bus to pick up and drop off,
There is a shopping mall next to it, and there are many food on the third floor,
There are restaurants on the street in front of the door, local barbecue, and 4 Chinese restaurants within 1km (this is a good comment)

GGuest UserHad a wonderful day in this hotel very convenient for first time travelers as it has everything you need from taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. Good Internet connection, clean rooms and quiet. All amenities are available. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is on top. I will definitely stay again in this hotel if I come back to Algeria.

GGuest UserI had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.
