Sea Breeze is one of those places that surpasses expectation!
The room (apartment rather) was very clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. There is a lounge, separate bedroom and a lovely balcony.
The amenities, such as the gym, is a great plus!
Breakfast was a great variety of options and great service from the staff!
A wonderful stay at Sea Breeze hotel!
We stayed for one night with my husband, we’re travelling by car so the location was ok, it was easy to get everywhere and the car park they have is pretty big too.
The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was nice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably come back again.
I really liked the hotel! My wife and I stayed at the hotel in February 2025. New and modern renovation, cozy room, spa, restaurant, everything was super! In the off-season, there are many empty hotels around. But this hotel is in full swing. And the restaurant works both for guests from the street and for hotel guests, which fills it with activity and life. We arrived by car and easily found parking nearby on the street or near the Migros supermarket. It was nice that they upgraded our room category. We booked a room with meals: breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), and we were delighted! You could order food from the menu and choose any dish. It was delicious, varied and very satisfying. And the chief administrator of the restaurant, Aytach, pleasantly surprised us with his care for the guests and attention. The hotel also has a spa on the -2 floor. Indoor pool and 3 saunas: regular, steam and Turkish. This is included in the room price. And for an extra fee, massage.
Next to the hotel is the sea, where you can walk along the embankment and visit the sandy beach.
We really liked this hotel. I can safely recommend it!
The location is great, the dinner is great, and the view of the whole town can be seen from the meal. Garden-style boutique resort hotel, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, highly recommended, will come again next time
We can say that it is efficient in terms of price / benefit.. would I go again? If the price drops a bit, I would say yes.. if the price stays in this band, I will think about it. If there is no better alternative, I will go.. the attention of the waiters is above expectation by the way🤟
Pros: Beautiful scenery, the whole Oludeniz is in sight (paragliding and island hopping are all in Oludeniz) Dinner and breakfast are included, the variety is quite rich, the front desk is friendly, the swimming pool is great, the room is large, and parking is convenient for self-driving tours.
Cons: It feels like a celebrity homestay, the photo effect is good, but the details are very average, and the decoration is similar to that of a fast-food hotel. . The air conditioning cooling effect is not good (probably because our room is on the top floor) However, the hotels in Fethiye, Kaş, and Karkan are similar, all of them are homestays. Personally, I prefer chain brand hotels
I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. I was welcomed by a very kind gentleman who made sure that I was satisfied with my room and arranged my transportation to locations I wanted to go too. The hotel is very clean with amazing views of the Yalikavak Town. Very close to ocean front restaurants and also the Marina. I can’t recommend this place enough. Not to mention the breakfast which was included, absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful to the stuff, they were amazing and I’m coming back soon!
A very cost-effective hotel🏨! It costs about 700 per night, with a balcony, swimming pool, buffet breakfast🥣, a large group of hotel villas, 2-3 public swimming pools, and many outdoor sofas, loungers, and swings. You can also book spa and paragliding directly at the hotel! ! Moreover, the paraglider booked at the hotel is only 75 euros, and services such as airport transfers are an additional 10 euros. If you need to take photos or the like, you need to pay 30 euros to the instructor separately. The entire journey only costs 800+, which is more cost-effective than booking through other channels.
So this hotel is really great. Oh, and by the way, you can buy refrigerator magnets at the hotel’s supermarket, and you can reserve lunch at the restaurant, which you can order while basking in the sun by the pool. The burgers and fries are amazing, super crispy, highly recommended!

GGuest User**A Perfect Getaway!**
Just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unreal—the views are absolutely stunning, and the vibe of the place is just so peaceful. Every part of the resort had that perfect touch, from the lush surroundings to the gorgeous beach.
The service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed. And let’s talk about the spa—hands down one of the best I’ve been to! The treatments were so relaxing, and the whole experience felt so luxurious.
And having direct access to the beach? That was definitely a highlight. It was so convenient to just walk down to the sand whenever I wanted, whether it was for a morning stroll or a sunset view.
Overall, this place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I left feeling totally refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!
XXIAOQIANHotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.
Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.
JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!
AAndreThe hotel is nicely refurbished and the reception/concierge is one of the best/friendliest ever experienced.
Its location on a steep rock ramp is in combination with 35C outside temperature not walking-friendly. The breakfast selection gets on the third day boring and the room door and the connecting door are not soundproofed. The balcony is too small.
Their private beach (free transport & entrance) is nice but compared to Folie Beach too basic.
DDEBORAH JANEWe booked the hotel to be close to the ocean; however, we did not realize this meant we would be right next to the main bar street. Our room had the bar street on the right side and the resort's entertainment show on the left. Both only started making noise at 10pm. The one finished at midnight and the bar street finished closer to 2am in the morning.Service was OK in general. Sometimes we struggled to get drinks from waiters and there was one who kept trying to take our plates before we had finished with them. There was a huge variety of food on offer. The room was small but had everything we needed. Do not stay here if you value a good night's sleep!
GGuest UserThe hotel is really 4 **** stars .Sea is very clear and calm water. Staff is very friendly! Rooms are not big and when we open the balcony door kitchen small was unbearable!!! Clearness level is very low, they only change towels ones is day and may not do this and you should call to clean the room! There is heirs everywhere, in the room floor , in bathroom, in front of pool! .Food taste is very pure. Many Cats in the area and it smells like zooin the Garden :(
