I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect, close to airport terminal, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
My stay at COZi Hotel was excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a wide range of amenities and family-friendly services. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis, upgrading my room at no cost, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro and less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for a stopover in Hong Kong. I would gladly choose to stay here again, even if it is slightly further from where I need to be, because of the overall convenience, comfort, and ease of the experience.

The room was very spacious. We had booked a triple room, but the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a quad room. For 837 RMB per night, this also included three buffet breakfasts. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. There's a swimming pool located next to the restaurant, which makes for a pleasant setting. For a hotel in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money. Its proximity to Sha Tin MTR station makes getting around very convenient, and there's even a bus stop right downstairs.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card.
If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied.
Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability.
The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea.
That's all. Thank you. :)
Thank you.

Location: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD.
Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park.
Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed sheets and bedding are extremely tidy. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable, and the large rain shower gives a spa-like experience with its water flow. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. It’s one of the top three best hotels I’ve stayed in over the past two years!

Amazing hospitality at Hopewell, in a great location with lots of local food options and convenient shopping. The check-in process was very smooth with manager Karen Lee (who kindly upgraded our room for our anniversary). One our favourite hotels in Hong Kong, looking forward to coming back.

A good location is my first choice. The Royal Park Hotel is not only well-located for shopping and transportation, but also offers excellent cleanliness and service. For the facility, I seldom use. I appreciate that I have a good view room for my trip.

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

GGuest UserThe hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in before noon. I was even upgraded to a room with a fantastic, expansive view. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, with the added bonus of being able to prepare simple meals – a huge plus! The night view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn't be better. It's just a 6-minute walk to the Victoria Peak Tram and a quick 10 minutes to the Central business district. The Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens are conveniently located right downstairs, and the lush greenery viewed from the window was incredibly soothing.
GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.
GGuest UserThe bathroom had a seperate tab for drinking water. That was great.
The hotel has one exit connected to the Moko shopping mall and Mongkok east MTR station. Very convenient. The shopping mall has an outdoor playground for Kids and plenty of Restaurants.
The Pool was great.
TTheSalesManMinimal effort to put into a room service clean up. Nice view of harbour. Late check in was helpful. Understaff of queue exceeding line to enter elevator. You have to pay extra to use amenities.

CChaiVHotel is pretty decent for HK and the price we paid, considering holiday season. But disappointed for a 4-Star chain standards.
All basic facilities are provided. No frills. More like a 3-star than a 4-star.
Shuttle makes it easier to get to shopping centre, closer to trains and buses to the city.
Pool is only open during specific hours but they do have a lifeguard in duty so I’m not sure if I can complain.
Gym has bare minimum equipment.
They did mention we got an upgrade but the room is similar to what we booked. It’s a modern-tiny space-saving design room so it’s smart but annoying with the lack of cupboards, floor space etc. Everything in the room is tightly packed. You just get in, sleep an get out but that’s Hong Kong I guess.
GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. We took the hotel shuttle to the MTR station, followed by two MTR transfers to reach the park. Despite reading negative comments online and bracing myself for potential discrimination, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, patiently answering all our questions. Many even spoke Mandarin. The hotel itself was very quiet, and for the price, it offered exceptional value for money in Hong Kong. (P1: Exterior view taken from inside the hotel.)

SSvVBThe hotel is great, it looks amazing.
The reception team are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help (in my case, they helped me with a number of issues, and did it elegantly, quickly, and with a smile).
The housekeeping are amazing and made me feel at home. Hygiene and cleanliness is a priority for them.
Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, A/C and the shower work well. Lighting in the room is well thought through.
The only tip for the traveller: if tea in paper sachets is not your thing, make sure you bring your own. It's not that big a deal, but I was happy I had my own favo with me, as I enjoyed a cuppa in my room in the evening and Lipton is not my kinda tea.
As for location, I just loves my it: two minutes down the road is a tram stop for Kennedy Road, and it's cheap, enjoyable and will take you to the heart of HK in 15 minutes. 10-12 minute walk away is an MRT station Wan Chai that will also take you anywhere in the city. About 8 minute walk will take you to the Blue House and to a temple. There are enough restaurants, big, small, cheap, expensive and anything in between to give you an excellent culinary experience of HK. Besides the hotel's restaurant offers great deal too.
In short, very much recommended!
