As a Hong Kong Disneyland annual pass holder, I always choose to stay at Hotel COZi Resort Tuen Mun for my trips to Hong Kong Disneyland, and the experience consistently exceeds my expectations. This is already my Nth stay. 📍Transportation: It's about a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station, and V City shopping mall is right downstairs, offering everything from supermarkets to local tea restaurants and chain eateries. There's also the A33X airport bus and the R33 bus that goes directly to Hong Kong Disneyland, saving you from squeezing into small, expensive rooms in Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok. 🏨Rooms: The rooms are spacious for Hong Kong standards, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The parent-child themed rooms have cute designs and are very popular with kids. The in-room Wi-Fi is stable, and essential amenities are all provided. The hotel's public areas include an outdoor pool and a free gym. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth.

Hello everyone, what can I say about this hotel? It's clean and cozy, and the room was spacious. We booked a standard room and got upgraded to a suite! The breakfast isn't a buffet; it's à la carte, but it's enough to fill you up. The location is on a hill near Victoria Peak, within walking distance, and there are many bus routes around. There's also a supermarket nearby. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here.

First, the positives: The location is decent, and most rooms offer a sea view. The room size is reasonable, featuring high ceilings that create a great sense of space with plenty of room for belongings. There is a mirrored cabinet, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle in the room. Downstairs, there's a PARKnSHOP supermarket, a Japan Home Centre (JHC), and a Café de Coral, making access to the shopping mall very convenient. The shower water pressure is strong. The negatives: The room is extremely dusty. After just 2 to 3 hours, noticeable dust particles accumulate on your phone screen. Housekeeping feels sloppy; upon check-in, we found hair and tiny food crumbs on the floor, and a bottle cap and plastic packaging on the bathroom floor. The overall smell in the room was quite unpleasant, though you kind of get used to it after staying for a while. The bathroom sink is a bit clogged and too shallow, so brushing your teeth and rinsing will inevitably cause water to splash back. Only 2 large bath towels, 2 very flimsy slippers, 2 plastic cups, and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash are provided. The bathroom is quite cramped, only accommodating one person at a time. The hairdryer is rather dated with weak airflow, and it shuts off automatically when it gets too hot. The room curtains offer zero blackout capability, so we were woken up early by the sunlight. Front desk service was mediocre. When I complained to the front desk that housekeeping had thrown away our room slippers without replacing them, and only emptied the trash liner while leaving the takeout box next to the trash can untouched, the staff member offered no apology or expression of regret. They simply said, ”I'll have someone bring you some slippers,” and left it at that—as if this happens all the time and wasn't a big deal. I’ve always chosen Rambler Oasis Hotel before and had a pretty good experience. This time I wanted to try and see how the two compare. Honestly, apart from a more convenient location, Rambler Oasis is better in every other aspect.

Easily the best value-for-money hotel in Hong Kong. I was thrilled to stay in such a comfortable place at this price point. Mandarin is spoken here with zero communication barriers. Free luggage storage is available, and disposable toothbrushes are provided. Bottled water is not supplied, but you can buy it very cheaply at the Best Mart 360 in the mall upstairs.

Just a few minutes' walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Thumbs up. Lots of small goods markets nearby. Thumbs up. The guesthouse is located right in Chungking Mansions. It's very convenient to take the MTR anywhere in Hong Kong. Thumbs up.

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room environment is comfortable and pleasant with an unobstructed sea view. Convenient transportation, with direct buses and minibuses to the MTR stations (Tsing Yi Station, Kwai Fong, etc.), and minibuses go directly to Tsing Yi Station.

Had an anniversary staycation with my boyfriend at Fullerton Ocean Park. The experience was beyond our expectations. The hotel is tucked away in the south of Hong Kong Island, making it feel totally exclusive and quite - vacation vibes! All rooms are sea facing and offer spectacular view, and the infinity pool is simply stunningly out of this world. The hotel is new and well maintained, with polite staff. We also really enjoyed our buffet dinner (separately paid) and buffet breakfast (included) - food was prepared with care, and the selection was all of high variety and quality! The hotel was also kind enough to offer us a mini fruit platter for anniversary celebration, and extended our checkout time. Overall, we really loved our stay here, and would love to stay again in near future.

Very reactive and helpful staff whent above and beyond to help resolve issues we encountered. Staff was friendly and reactive. Convenient location made it easy to reach our daily destinations. Overall a pleasant experience. If one is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Kowloon without necessarily by breaking the bank, can definitely recommend. If I had to be picky, the only thing I could point out is the obvious age of the facilities.

This is the best hotel! Speaking Mandarin as a mainland traveler is completely fine here! The only downside is that the hotel isn't very well-prepared for medical situations. When you feel unwell, they don't have much to offer besides advising you to go to the hospital, and there’s no shuttle service for that, so you just have to take a taxi. Everything else is a plus: First of all, a huge thank you to Dorsett Kai Tak for upgrading my room! The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The shuttle bus is super convenient—just follow the timetable, and it drops you right off at the Airside MTR station. Airside was actually where we went most often for food. The shuttle bus staff were also wonderful and helped us with our luggage. The pool is open from around 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the lifeguards are always on duty, which felt very professional. The breakfast area has a wide variety of food, plenty of space, and is kept spotless. If there’s even a small spill in the lobby, dedicated staff immediately come to clean it up—they even wipe down the condensation dripping from cold drinks onto the tables. That said, I hope you might consider the habits of mainland guests and provide some hot water options, including hot milk at breakfast. Thank you! You need a key card to access guest floors in the elevator, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. I’m already back home now, and looking back on this trip, I'm truly grateful for our stay with you. Oh, and regarding the hotel's eco-friendly policy, disposable toothbrushes can be bought from the vending machine downstairs for just HK$1, which is super convenient. I highly recommend Dorsett Kai Tak! Every day, breakfast was what I looked forward to most—the BBQ pork buns (char siu bao) were absolutely delicious. I didn’t originally have the best impression of Hong Kong because I got heatstroke and the National Day crowds were overwhelming, but because of you, I'd gladly visit Hong Kong again.
