Located within the ancient city scenic area, right by the Jinjiang River, this hotel boasts a lovely environment – peaceful yet close to all the action. It's a charming, antique-style Chinese traditional dwelling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the service was great too. The front desk manager even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. There's also a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's lovely to take a stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening and enjoy the night views.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply was excellent! What truly stood out was the hotel's service, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we had just arrived by high-speed train, they immediately asked about our plans for exploring Tongren: had we booked tickets? Did we have transportation? The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist bus station, with a direct bus to Tongren Grand Canyon – how incredibly convenient! They didn't leave until they confirmed our afternoon itinerary was all sorted. We're so grateful to them! They've made us fall in love with Tongren, and if we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

Front desk staff member Xiao F was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they were very polite and courteous. It was an excellent experience; they even helped recommend nearby restaurants and attractions. The pet cafe on the 5th floor was really fun, and you can interact with the adorable pets for free. The alpaca was so nice to pet, and the kids absolutely loved it!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

Coming from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

The hotel boasts a fantastic design aesthetic, with a creamy, bright, and clean vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities and decor are very well thought out – it's no wonder it's the top-rated B&B in the area. The location is absolutely prime, right by Zhusheng Bridge, with Shiping Mountain and Qinglong Cave nearby, offering unbeatable views. The service is attentive, and both breakfast and afternoon tea are prepared with great care. They even gave us local green tea as a souvenir. Highly recommended!

The first stay in Xingyi came to Hanting. This Hanting seems to have just opened at the end of April. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and quickly helped to handle the accommodation. There is no big problem with the sanitary bedding of the hotel chain, and the whole house is also smart equipment, sleeping very peacefully. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the taste is not bad and you can eat. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi from Maling River Canyon. The traffic is also convenient. There are many places to eat next to it. \n\n But I still have to ask some questions. 1. The newly renovated room still has some taste. If you care about it or bring children, it is best to consider it for a year and a half. 2. The huge room does not have a full-length mirror. I personally think that the hotel should still be equipped with a larger full-length mirror. Whether it is business or travel, everyone still has to clean up their appearance. 3. There is no prompt on so many switches in the room, which leads to not knowing where to press that switch. 4. The front desk of the hotel told me that the restaurant was on the 18th floor. I looked for the elevator switch and there was no 18th floor. It was originally 17a. You can put a restaurant logo on the elevator, which is clear at a glance. 5. The restaurant floor is a bit sticky and slippery. I don't know if it is a problem with the floor tiles or what is on it. 6. The restaurant service staff is a bit small, and the table is full of dishes that the guests have eaten and no one cleans up in time. I want to find a clean table far from the place where the meal is taken. \n\n But the flaws are not concealed. Generally speaking, the hotel chain is still much better than the safety and hygiene of unknown small hotels. Hope it gets better and better.

This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!

First time staying here, and it was better than I expected. The location is super convenient, close to Jiaxiu Tower and the snack street. It's about a ten-minute walk to nearby malls if you need to buy daily necessities. Lisa provided excellent service; she called me before arrival to ask about my needs, and the room she arranged was perfect – high floor and very quiet. I even got to see the night view of Jiaxiu Tower from the 55th-floor lobby, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth, and at check-out, I received a small gift from Rabby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a great experience. I also noticed them checking and replacing expiring food items in the rooms during my stay, which shows attention to detail.
