Located 7km outside the city Center. Train ride cost E4.30/way takes 5mins to reach the central station while the metro cost E3.40 & takes 30mins. Rooms & toilets are clean. Self-laundry cost E11/wash & dry. Service at front desk are polite & responsive. Esp front office manager Rister G. Esquivel, very helpful and bright personality. Takes extra effort to make you feel at home. The only issue I have is the hotel corridor is very dark and the breakfast menu doesn't change during my 4 nights there. Standard breakfast. Recommend to eat outside.
The Hotel is a nice option only for short stay,
No wardrobe in the room that’s why it is only suitable for short stay, Otherwise the View is very nice and the breakfast as well, leaving some photos of the nice view from room here,
The receptionist was a bit strict on the name in the Trip.com account/reservation should be identical to the one in the presented ID, first time to see this, so watch out for this before you reserve for someone else or if you reserve with a nickname
The room was bigger than expected, with super comfortable beds (a bit smaller in size but great sleep quality). Sound insulation was excellent, so the room was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and there were always staff around to help; same for check-out and luggage storage, which made everything very convenient.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, though I personally don’t like the half-glass shower door design, as it tends to make the outside shower we, but otherwise it was great. Cleaning was spotless and done daily.
We didn’t include breakfast at first but decided to try it later, it was definitely worth the €22.50 per person. There were plenty of choices, and the smoked salmon, olives, and cheese section were especially nice. Honestly, breakfast cafés in Amsterdam cost about the same or more, so having a full buffet here felt like good value.
There isn’t much going on immediately around the hotel, but it’s right next to a metro station that takes you to the central area in just a few minutes. A great option if you prefer to stay somewhere quieter yet well connected.
The hotel is situated right next to the North Station, which handles metro services but not trains. It's just two metro stops away from the Central Station. Exiting the station, a quick right turn and a short walk lead you straight there, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is quite vibrant, featuring shops, restaurants, and two supermarkets (Lidl and Jumbo) close by.
Inside, the hotel is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Both the room and bathroom were adequately spacious. Despite the windows not opening, the hotel offers excellent ventilation.
The front desk staff were all wonderful and very friendly.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Best Western – Amsterdam Airport Hotel.
Positives:
The shuttle bus to and from the airport was punctual and very convenient.
The reception clerk was polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth.
The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city by public transport.
There’s a McDonald’s right next door for affordable late-night snacks.
Negatives:
I had the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my door when I left my room around 11 a.m., but noticed it had been removed. I found it on a cleaning cart and put it back. I also informed the cleaning staff directly that I did not want my room cleaned, and they acknowledged my request. However, when I returned at 2 p.m., I discovered someone had entered the room—not to clean, but to leave a card stating it had been cleaned by “Marcus.” While nothing appeared disturbed, this disregard for my clear request felt like an invasion of privacy and was both disappointing and unnecessary.
Additionally, I did not sleep well during either night of my stay. There was frequent noise from drunk guests in the hallways past midnight, and on both mornings, I was woken as early as 6:30 a.m. by loud door banging, as if someone was trying to wake up a heavy sleeper. While I understand that this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, it made the stay unpleasant and exhausting.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose this hotel again when transiting through Amsterdam.

The hotel is right by the airport, but still, it's very quiet. The room is comfortable enough, but no amenities such as a shower cap.
The breakfast was ok, less options for vegetarians than other hotels.
A big payable parking is provided on-site. Still, it was packed when we arrived. There was just one small space left that we managed to squeeze into.
Overall a great hotel close to the airport if you're not looking to stay for long.
The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station. However, the facilities inside were quite disappointing. The bathroom door lacked a locking mechanism, meaning it would swing open on its own while showering or using the toilet. During showers, even simple movements like scrubbing caused a significant amount of noise that was easily audible from outside the bathroom. Additionally, the shower area wasn't fully separated from the toilet, and with no bath mat provided, the entire bathroom floor would get soaking wet after each shower. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and the coffee bar was good!
Amazing hotel on the west side of Amsterdam! Easy access to public transport (metro, bus and trains). Staff there are incredible and knowledgeable so ask as much as you like!! The room was very spacious and comfy which adds to the experience. Breakfast has a nice array of continental and intercontinental options. Can't fault this hotel! And can't fault the amazing experience of visiting Amsterdam 🇳🇱
Located in a quiet place, away from the city. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It has a full kitchen with stove and oven, very convenient for self cooking. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Albert Heijn and it's close to the tram stop.
After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and went for a walk before coming back. The reception was really helpful and it was an easy process.

SshonguyGreat location and close to public transportation. Had a nice room with a view. Although check in could have been a bit quicker, otherwise great place to stay and good value
GGuest UserThe location is excellent..10min walking distance from the train station central. Hotel is next to the Dam Square..also walking distance to red light street..room is small overall is clean..only the toilet..a bit difficult to flush away.. reception is doing a great job..I feel warm and welcome..they also give me the perfect recommendation..my bad that I didn't ask the name of the gentleman..he is being helpful indeed.
TT. ÇınarIt was a fascinating 3-day-journey. I really liked the hotel and the staff… They welcome you at the reception with a kind big smile. They gave two magnets while check-in and 3 key rings while checking out as presents.
Hotel’s location is very close (7-8 mins on food) to Sloterdijk Station which you can have access to train, metro, tram, public and international bus.
The room was clean. They changed the towels and cleaned the room on the second day. The bed was so comfortable and big enough. There was also a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea bags…
The only missing things are air condition and hair dryer.. there was a fan which works but seems mot enough to cool down the room.
If I come to Amsterdam one more time, I will stay there again.
AAnonymous UserThis place is convenient and cost effective as compared to other hotel options. The rooms are as the name indicates capsule size. Bathroom is large A cleaning cleaning my room realised I left a hard copy of my ticket behind he came down to give it to me and I showed him my soft copy I wanted to tip him but he was reluctant to take it. I am sharing this to show why I give the staff 5 stars. This is my second time here.
NNick.KirsopGreat accommodation, free coffee was not working, when I asked reception they told me to ask the cleaning staff and then the cleaning staff asked me to ask reception so it did not fix it.
Had an outstanding staff member, an Ukraine girl, who I found very welcoming and helpful!
In this hotel it is not 420 friendly cannot smoke ******** outside but can smoke it 50 meters around the corner.
TTap TopThe best place I've ben staying so far from Amsterdam . modern design with historic charm, making it a standout choice for travelers looking for a stylish stay. The hotel features spacious rooms with comfortable beds and chic decor. Guests appreciate the lively atmosphere in the lobby, where they can enjoy great
GGuest UserLocation: it's a great location because it's only a less than 10 minute walk from the Amsterdam Central station. It's so convenient. But the hostel entrance/reception is located inside a pub/restaurant. Personally I have no problem with this. I just find this interesting. There was also a security-looking guy standing at the entrance at night every day too, so it was pretty safe.
Cleanliness: it was very clean. Every day someone took out the trash and cleaned the bathroom for us, which I didn't expect. They gave us a new, clean towel every day too. I really like these things about the hostel.
Service: It depends on who you meet. The ladies that I talked to were all friendly and helpful. But there was a guy that was rather unhelpful and rude. I asked, ”Do you have data sim cards?” He said, ”No, we don't provide for that.” (Of course I knew the hostel didn't provide sim cards for free; I was asking if the hostel *sells* sim cards.) I asked, ”Do you know where I can get one? I can't get on the internet with the hostel wifi.” He said, ”There's no problem with the hostel wifi, otherwise a lot of people would be complaining about it.” (I wasn't complaining about the hostel wifi wasn't working; I was asking if he knew where I could get a sim card since I couldn't get on the internet to look for them.)
Facilities: I like that there was a curtain on each bed. The bed and the room were also spacious enough. The windows were almost soundproof, isolating all the noises from the people drinking downstairs. The bathroom was also very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that there were brown stains on the blanket, which looked disgusting. There was also space for luggages (it's on the 2nd floor) if you don't want to store them in your room. There was, however, no kitchen or common areas. But the room was big enough and had a table. It was ok for me.
One thing I really didn't like were the people who stayed in my room. All of them were obnoxious: wouldn't clean up after using the bathroom (hair everywhere), leaving their stuff in the bathroom/on the table so others couldn't use the space/table, kept coughing all night (meaning they were sick) and wouldn't open the windows for ventilation. I hardly had a good night's sleep because they kept coughing at night. But this wasn't the hostel's fault. It's those people's problems.
All in all, I recommend staying at this hotel.
腰腰腎A very clean hotel, staff are very nice and friendly. Location is another highlight, located right next to Overamstel station, very convenient if you want to go some other cities or Amsterdam Central as you can always go to Amstel station
AAnonymous UserExtremely disappointing experience.
The room was messy and poorly maintained from the start — dirty floors, clothes and trash everywhere, and absolutely no sense of hygiene. My roommates were loud and inconsiderate, making it impossible to rest. I requested a room change, but staff said all rooms were full.
I haven’t had a proper night’s sleep in two days, and it completely ruined my trip. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean or peaceful stay.
